The epic food porn thread

I think it says a lot for both the quality of protein used and talent of AM protein chefs that all of our protein baking has made it into the cheat/food-porn threads lol

Protein waffle aint a cheat son..

Choc Syrup = walden
or take cocoa powder + touch of yogurt/water = Chocolate Syrup
Or take PB Lean German Chocolate Cake + Water/Yogurt = Chocolate Syrup

there are 3 ways to not blow your kcals.

make real waffles for a cheat meal, use real chocolate syrup and have a pizza on the side = cheat meal.
Hence Cheat, not refeed :)

Been using oxyelite vanilla lately. Was using oep choc before that. They're ok but select is still way better. So much more flavor. Cnc+sd is just unreal

I'd like to try Select, but $30+ for a 1.96lb tub of protein? Yikes. Not on that CEO 10k/day time.

Get in on the Insider for a one-time low price dropping tomorrow

If we don't buy them out of stick too quickly ;)

With shipping.

Well honestly, I guess I see your point, but you gotta learn to place big orders. Don't just order one or two items at a time. Wait until something you want is on sale, then stock up on everything you are running low on. It's saves money in the long run because you aren't paying shipping every 2 weeks. Also agree with above, sign up for the insider because it drops tomorrow and prices on Select 55 are supposed to be crazy low.

It's $22 at bb. Plus you can get 10% off from the supp awards code. Bam $20 for 27 srv

To be fair, that price is only when you order the Chocodoodle stack.
It was all just like a week ago. There was a sale and PES had a 20% off code I believe. Tho you wouldn't get the extra 10% with that.

How do you prepare you sweet potato?

Oven 425 lay sweet potato on top rack place foil on the rack underneath to catch the sweet juice drippings. Bake one hour, let cool, peel with ease weigh and portion in containers. Usually bake around 8-10 at one time usually lasts my wife and I 4-5 days

I love the sauce! Have to use a shît load!

You can make a pretty good sauce by subbing in cauliflower for a significant portion of it. Boil the cauliflower til soft then blender with garlic and spices and then if you want it creamier or more realistic add in milk and cheese and such to taste and cook it all in a pan until it's a good taste and consistency. It can be as macro friendly (or not) as you want.

Also i bet chef bob has a knarly Alfredo sauce recipe that is macro friendly!

Greek Yogurt, Fat Free Cream Cheese, Almond Milk, Touch of Pancake mix/Flour + Parm Cheese (optinal) mix of Low Fat/FF shredded (15-20g), basil, oregano, parsley and garlic salt for seasoning... nearly 200 kcals tops for a good 4-6oz.
