My coach said he feels I'm on track, I feel like I'm behind but he got me this far so I trust him.. this is all just a personal goal so there really is no deadline..

I'm already loving my new gym, have a feeling that I won't be going back to the other one.. For a Monday night is was much less crowded and the place is bigger so no waiting for machines.. Also I don't have to worry about running out of time cause they don't close!!! So nice not to feel rushed and just do what I want to do... My weight since starting this cycle has gone up (glycogen loading) 3.5lbs but in the last 3 days I'm down 1.5lbs. so it's time to keep shredding.. I will note that while doing my curls I had a mean vein show up across my shoulder!!! Actually had veins in a lot of new places which just confirm I'm getting leaner...

Dropped another lb since Tuesday!!! Down to 209.. Works been busy, and not sure if u guys have been following the news in NJ.. A 24 year old rookie cop was killed by the blood gangs in jersey city where my wife is a Sargent!!! Very sad story and the wife had been working OT.. Don't worry I'm still killing the new gym!!

Sorry for the lack of updates...:( between my wife working overtime and my 2 year old got a stomach virus life has not been fun!! Diet has been on point and thank god for the new gym!! Been going late night after all the family stuff is done.. Yesterday was an off day cause I killed my legs the night before :). Weight is still dropping and I'm at 208.5 that's a 2.5 lb drop this week!!

Pic update: ribs are visible!!! Chest is leaning out nice and abs are popping more..

Ok, So coach sent me my diet for the week and it's getting tough now... Currently doing 6 days 45 min cardio and now on top of that have to add in 3 days of fasted cardio 35mins!!! My feet are starting to hurt from all this cardio, I've been putting lotion on them daily to try to keep them from cracking.. You guy's got any suggestions?? Carbs are starting to dip below 100 so it's time to suck it up and kill this ish!!! 3 weeks left!!!

3 weeks left!! You've got this!!! It will be worth it all!!! As far as your feet, they make really thick rubs/creams to coat them with. You can also coat them really well at night, after your shower with coconut oil and wear socks to sleep.

I had to buy inserts for my feet from all the cardio lol they didn't get dry or crack, but just hurt.

Kats suggestion is best. I found doing plantar fasciitis exercises helped, a lot.
