Hard to forget!! Only things I add are, soy sauce, olive oil, coconut oil when it's called for.. I'm trying but I do feel like I'm behind?? Clay said no so I have to trust him

Ya. It's hard to trust the process, but he knows what he's doing. Did he give the okay to use mrs dash salt free seasoning? You should look into walden farms sauces, made then chicken and beef better 10 fold. Plus, zero calories :)

So I made a decision today... I'm tired of my current gyms hours on the weekend so I'm joining another one.. There is a 24 hour gym about 20 minutes from my house.. This way I can get the the gym on Sat and Sun and be able to get a full workout in on Fridays!!! I'm going to keep my other gym too since it's only 10 a month.. I'm going to try it tonight after the kids go to sleep :)
 
Just banged out 45 mins cardio I missed from yesterday.. Also going to cut my carbs from my 4th meal to make up for the popcorn yesterday.. Tonight I'll hit up another 45 min session at the new gym tonight..
 
I have 2 memberships....I spend 37.5 bux a month but I can lift 24/7 at the healthclub & it's close, & I have a dirty hardcore gym to use lots of chalk & use different bars & heavy ass dbells. Or just to get away from the after work crowd at the healthclub.

Worth it.

It was great to be able to lift on a Sunday night!!! Can't remember the last time I lifted on a weekend so this is really going to help. All of my lift for these next 4 weeks will be lower weight, slow negatives all focused on getting as much blood into the muscle. I don't want to push my lifts too heavy and have my joints kill me on 95mg of EPI.. Did a nice and quick chest session, and the pump was insane.. PH's have fully saturated and just in time cause Reaper DNA started today!! Coach tweaked my carbs down again this week and man I'm crazy hungry today!!! That's a good sign that my metabolism is going to shred me up nice..
