I work out every other day...4 days a week
I am trying to gain lean muscle mass...gain muscle without putting on fat
I can update daily if need be, but, after every workout without a doubt
I also take a pre-workout, BCAA's while working out, and a whey protein isolate after working out
I would absolutely leave a final review when I am finished...completely honest one

i should include that i am on prescribed trt-200mg test cyp per weekly injection...also i would discontinue formabolic to run this to give my body a break from the high dosed form i have been running with no loss of estrogen control!!!!this would really put core alpha to the test, i have really been enjoying formabolic but effects have leveled off and this would be a great change up, since i regularly run otc ai's!!!

Would love the opportunity to log this!! Profile looks great. Age 37 Sex male Currently training 4-5 days per week (weight and cardio) Currently in pct using Nolva and looking to add in a test booster.... This would be perfect!! Diet is eating slightly above maintainence trying to maintain gains. Am willing to update log 4-5 x per week Would also be running Nolva, pre workout (currently condense) multi, fish oil, glucosamine... The staples Final review a definite!! In my final plead I have had two opportunities on AM with a sample and a mini log..... Here are those to give you an idea of my limited logging opportunities. got my goodies:
1. two full bottles of core alpha
2. core nutrition t-shirt
3. two samples of core fury
4. two samples of core abc
5. 1 bottle full of 2 scoops of core pwo
6. 1 mixing cup

lets get this party started...took 1 core alpha as soon as it arrived[3pm]. going to take the 2nd core alpha before bed.

hitting the gym tomorrow, going the use a sample pack of core fury before leaving, and drink the core abc intra.

plan on doing a full body attack in particular using machines and equiptment i don't have in my basement gym, i prefer my own gym in basement but it adds motivation to occassional show up at nifs-national institute for fitness and sports when i have the time in indy-must be a thousand machines and equiptment of every kind including a nice selection of free weights.

the profile of core alpha is impressive with lots of proven ingredients, the next 2 months should show considerable improvement....not bulking, not cutting, don't mind gaining some lbs as long as they are lean.
