Nope, you did not miss anything, I was just being vague. Presenly running SNS X-gels, 4 gel caps 60 minutes pre-workout and BPS Endosurge Turbo 2 caps 3x/day (last dose at bed).

I haven't used ARA yet, I'm worried about how it will effect my knees....

Have not really noted much from either so far, just kind of wanting the Endosurge to take care of any suppression issues (if any) and the ArA to help keep the new plates coming. Have a Rearchain wo I need to post up later

Started the Endosurge ArA on 5/30/04. Howeverf, my new care package had 2 30 day bottles of MyoSynergy, so we are adding that back in the mix TONIGHT! Gonna save the other for a second 8 week Osta/MyoSynergy run once th Endosurge is gone :) There was also some EvoFoods High Protein Cinnamon Roll French Toast Mix, cannot wait to cook some of that up Ok, 6/3/14 Rearchani This was probably the only gym time I have been disappointed in in the last 6-8 weeks. Deads (Warm up @135, still 3/2/1 waves) 265/315/345 - 345 was a complete disaster, made 2 attempts and never even got it off the floor. Not sure wth happened after nailing 335 last week. The Iron gives, the Iron takes. BO BB Row 230x8/8/8 RDL 230x8/4 UH Straight Bar Pull Down 10/8/7+1 partial For a change from the Hyper extensions, we went with light good mornings (ages since I have done these, jut focused on finding the groove and getting a minimum of 90 degrees bent over 45x10/65x10 Hammer Strength Row Machine with Neutral Grip - 135/side (plate weight only) 8/6 Okay, so tomorrow is squats and tri's, Saturday is delt day. Geeked about trying 200 even for 3/2/1 with OH BB Press

Back Squat to Bench (Warm up @135/225, still 3/2/1) Did not sit down on the bench, just till I could see no light between the bench and my but.

Today was bad news and good news. Bad news is I popped over to a facility that was close to me and was open only to learn that they had very limited free weights. Were talking a 310lb Olympic BB set, dumbbells clear up to 30lbs, a few EZ curl bars. No bench (except a sit up bench) and no power rack. UGH. We made do,. Good news, I know I can now power clean at least 155 :)

Standing OH BB Press (R/C warm up, bar, went 8/5/3 given what we had to work with.

Snatch Grip High Raise 120x8/8/6

Seated Blue band OH Press 2bands x18, 3bandsx15 (just kind of a try it out thing.)

Nautilus Seated Front Military Press 160x12, 180x12

Cable Face Pull 170x12

Hit a few cable crunches (50 to be exact) and called it a day.

Not an abject failure by any means, just did not hit my flat BB target for this session, still saw some progress on the inclines.

Went with the extra rest option instead .

Sometimes you need to listen to your body and do the smart thing - said that to one of my clients today when she asked if she should train or not (she's not felt good and just wanted to sleep for two days - I told her "rest and train tomorrow"). You'd be surprised what that rest day can do!

I was definitely feeling drained by that rear chain session and lingered into Wednesday. Did not train yesterday as my 11year old had a ball game. So nice to see him have some success and becoming more confident. Boy has been crushing the ball lately and is a better fielder than I ever was.

Pretty sure the Endosurge is kicking in full gear now, as much as I hate to use the term, I have noted a upswing in Libido that is undeniable. Started my vacation today, 10 straight days with no work. YAY! Taking Ian (my 11 year old) to his first major league game Monday :)

7/1/14 Rear Chain Day (will be using to weight+ demarcation as I was at a different gym and had to use the silver "screw down" collars which although I do not
know the weight of are obviously heavier than spring collars.

Deads (warm up at 135, 3/2/1 waves, used a more traditional/narrower stance for the 2 rep sets.
265+/315+/345+ - Failed here altogether, tried like 3 times and could only get about 4-6 inches off the ground, no idea why when I hit this for 2 last week.

160/180/200 -x1. Something has to change, this is not working. Dropped down to 190, got the 3/2/1, then 150 for 10 as a Burn Down. Will retry 195 for top wave next week.

Hit a couple of sets of heavy cable crunches for the ab work.

Waves at 325, 345, only hit one rep at 365 and a neg, but was very pleased because I hit very good depth with both attempts.

Front Squat 145x8/4 (got a bit off balance, racked it)

Close Grip Bench 230x6/6/5 (may have had another rep or two but I was "all alone in the danger zone", played it safe.

Standing OH 1 H DB Tri Ext (slow reps, went left to right to left to right with the only break was when the other side was working, sick pump) 12/12, 9/9
 
7/7/14 Chest and Bi's FINALLY, A Break through on the bench plateau! Read an article that indicated that I may be doing this bass ackwards, that my waves should be reps of 1/2/3, which given the theory of priming the CNS makes sense to me. Any one got any feed back on that?
