I'm taking 1 every 8 hours, 1 of which is preworkout.

My day 18 report: for the record, right before I started follidrone I maxed on deadlift at 415, 2 weeks ago 10 singles at 365, last week 5x5 at 315, but yesterday did 5 sets of 3 at 365, then 3 more sets of 2. I'm pleased. The next test is on Friday with log clean and press... Been stuck for a while on it.
Also for what it's worth, these results are with a caloric deficit.
Nothing amazing to report on the log clean and press I mentioned, but today's deadlift session I went for 5x5 at 350, but got 5, 5, 5, 4, 4. Based off my previous numbers, I'm happy. Also, I've noticed I have much more endurance at work; usually I feel my performance suffer a little from loading and offloading trucks all day, but still getting great workouts in after a hard day. I dig it.

Nice! I could definitely use a boost in endurance. My 7 month old is wearing me down, lol.

I know you are half joking, but the endurance aspect is different than just giving you a boost through out the day. As I mentioned in my log and most others have noticed, this product is going to be noticed at max effort. I theorized that the people that would notice the most benefit would be those that have experience and are used to pushing to physical limits- then this allows you to break through that for additional workload. If someone is going into the gym and half assing it, then they will not likely experience the true benefit of epi. Does it help with over all endurance- sure. But not in the way that a stimulant would.

Trust me, if it helped with my 3 and 6 year old, I'd be eating a bottle a week. LOL

I am always looking for something that helps me push past endurance barriers both in the gym and in the field when I am working. I come home so exhausted from doing surveys in the desert that it takes me days to feel human again.

this is true, this product seems to be able to help u push the limits, but if ur not pushing the limits I don't see it being a miracle pill or anyone seeing the real gains
 
That's true of basically every facet of diet, exercise, and supplementation.
there are things you can take that will make u have gains without pushing urself, AAS for example. Other things like fat burners that will do some work on their own. My point was I think that taking this and not pushing urself is a huge waste as you will not really see the benefits
 


I started Follidrone after being on nothing else for months other than a basic pre-workout; speaking to sports nutrition

supplements not the normal supplements I take for health.

Strength-pumps-endurance all up 40% first 3 weeks. I am in week 4 and noticing my body is wanting to go but the previous 3 weeks has taken a toll and I feel my body needs to catch up.

I've had to reorganize my routine the biggest thing being limiting shoulders to once a week instead of Tue. and

Fri. some of the worst doms ever but in a good way. I don't notice anything from the egcg. I am going to stop taking it

altogether.I feel that week 5 will be brilliant because I think my body will have "caught up". This supplement is

transfomative on body composition - I check the scale every six months but gaining while leaning is what's happening,

I'm very adept in sensing what is going on with my body.

after recovering in week four, week 5 is on par with the first 3 weeks, difference being weight lifted in first 3 weeks now is even lighter... going up with ease, having now to add more weight. Body recomp. with this supplement continues to be brilliant







In an effort to keep some semblance of continuity, feelings about week 6

there has been so far no diminishing of positive results - most notable about week 6, weight lifted has increased the most dramatically of all the weeks so far, I believe all the extra calories consumed to keep up with the demand on the body are important to note... don't be afraid to eat on this stuff, what's brilliant is the continuation of virtually all gain being lean mass. In all seriousness never thought the amount of weight lifted would be possible on a natty alone






week 7

there has been not the slightest abatement in any of the positives aforementioned. Of special note, now workouts are becoming more singular; calf day has become a day unto its own the intensity is such on that one area that's enough of a workout, and indeed I feel like I've been through a thorough workout at that, whereas I've never before had a single day devoted to calves and had the kind of intensity I do now.

Concerning body composition really seeing the results now in week 7 more than in any other so far, in a way I wish I'd taken before and after simply for documentaries sake. One thing I've felt which ought perhaps to be mentioned is the nice way which the compound's profound effect on workouts helps wellness and generally feeling better throughout the weeks I've been on, although as we all know taking this compound in this fashion is relatively new and I am not saying there may not occur some negative side from taking this long term in the future.

way to dose Follidrone. I don't think the forth week is necessarily "the week" for everyone to take off. It may be every fifth week etc. For me it happens to be the forth, I've found my body needs a deload week / break from Follidrone






Watch resting heart rate, the intensive nature of workouts on this has caused me to cut HIIT down quite a bit in order get my resting heart rate to normal.

I've decided to follow Touey's lead and take a week off training. Been pushing it really hard and feeling a little run down. Also gonna take a week off stims; not stopping follidrone though. Next week, back at it 100%.

I tied a pr for military press (275 x 4), set a pr on incline bench press (315 x 4) and every hamstring exercise this week (literally just reping out the full stack on each hamstring machine), this is the fourth week for me. I've been cutting hard and doing two a days 6 days a week for about the last 8 weeks btw

By two a days, do you mean weights twice a day or cardio once and weights once in the same day?
 
Generally weights in the morning after a shake and then cardio separately in the afternoon, sometime I reverse the order if I have someone that wants me to train them in the afternoon

Yeah buddy, I was just commenting, I half way expected to be drained this week like u had mentioned but I'm just going hard as fck in the gym right now. I hadn't done any barbell presses in about 6 months (always alone for chest and shoulders), and to be moving this weight months deep into a cut is wild
 
I think as expected everyone will be different. Listen to your body though. It seems like alot of people are getting to a point where they are drained from the added volume.

I am up roughly 30% in actual weight able to lift now in week 9 from week 1, transformative recomp, still way less HIIT than normal as the workouts on it are such that I've had to cut HIIT way down to get my resting heart rate to normal. The hunger at the end of deload week 8 was very high.
