Training session: lower body dynamic effort
- Paused speed squat
2x135lbs
5 sets of 2 @ 210lbs
- Front squat
3 sets of 8
It was nice. Heavier bench session tomorrow
I just booked tickets to push & pull nationals and WABDL World Cup. Looks like I'll have to lift there then![]()
