I've run Formeron once before, great product, it leans me out. Now, I'm a week-and-a-half into two caps of Folli (original blue and white ones) and 3 pumps Formeron per day.

To let you know, I'm coming off a ruptured back in my lower back from late February. Obviously, lost size and strength (I'm a strongman who dabbles in weightlifting and powerlifting.)

I will be getting back to normal, even without any supps. Saying that, I believe the two have added a considerable amount. The muscle I lost in my shoulders and upper back have basically gone back to normal the past week. Placebo/recovery regardless of Folii/Form? I can't quantify it, but I have no doubt the two have aided in my recovery. I've never done PEDs, but I've tried just about every supp that has come out over the years (Formeron is one of the most effective supps I've taken, I've probably used crap like "test boosters" before that did nothing and was probably worse for me than gear or PHs. That's a story for another time, but I was just wanted to add that,) and this combo tops the list.

It seems to help with endurance more. Training for strength, I tended to keep my reps between 1-3. Now as I recover, I'm doing more from 5-8 reps and I feel this is where these products shine. The endurance is noticeable. I always tended to fade on sets (say 8 on first three sets, then 6, then maybe 4-5 on last set.) I just did 200 close grip bench for four sets of eight, pausing on the last rep of every set (pathetic, yes, but getting there). None of the sets taken close to failure, obviously. Very easy work. For comparison, I could do 275 for eight reps before, but by the fourth set, I would be down to three-four reps. Bench is my worst lift, btw.

I could've waited until I was 100% again, but I figured what the heck. I'm taking it slow and cautious and not overextending myself and any help from Folli and Form is appreciated.

BUT, the most noticeable thing since starting? The fracking hunger. I slammed 2500 pretty clean calories after a max press/c+j/snatch session. Have to keep that in check or all the Formeron in the world won't keep me from getting fat. But, so far, so good. I haven't read the entire thread, but I'm guessing I'm not the only one who's noticed the hunger. And now I got The Distillers "The Hunger" running through my head and the fridge is beckoning...

Will keep updating when I have time.
 
Has anyone intended to run this non stop, just to see if it reduces over time.

Would be interesting to see it's long term effects.

I plan on doing this, going into week 6 now. So far no reduction in results. I am not here saying everyone should, it's a bit dodgy sometimes with something so new like this as to any adverse side effects
 
Seems impossible to take it for only 4 weeks anyways. Seems addicting. Hell, if I can get my hands on some and I'm on say week 6 or 7 and I'm shooting for 8 weeks and I'm still benefiting from it I'll go 12 weeks.
 
It is addicting. I find that I have to talk myself out of going to the gym 7 days a week because you can and want to. The changes you see in the mirror make you want to add to it and knowing that you physically can do it, makes you never want to stop.

I'm finishing up my second week on a reverse diet. Its crazy because I guess my cal increases can't keep up with the leaning from folli.

I'm losing weight while eating more. Prob gotta up cals even more.

The endurance is crazy too. Sets on sets on sets.

Super awesome! I'm leaning back down myself to get my abs going again and reading this makes me happy! Plus I'm sure it's building muscle.
 
I hate to ask this, and trust me I want the real thing. But the supply simply can't keep up with demand, so Follidrone isn't going to be available any time soon. But in the meantime are their any other products with high enough levels of epicatechin to be effective? Thinking about giving it a shot just to see how it works for me and then buying Follidrone when its actaully available.

Supply hasn't kept up with demand, but that will change very soon. Brundel has said that much more is on the way, primarily because the sales from the first couple waves are allowing him to purchase more raws.

There will come a time perhaps when the demand levels off and supply is steady. But it certainly seems like there are still a lot of first-time users anxious to give it a go, as well as guys who plan on continuing their runs. Hang in there!

Yeah, Follidrone took off crazy. I just wanna get my hands on one bottle so I can see what it's about.

Should tell you something that this isn't popping up on the auction threads as much; definitely the #1 most wanted product here and could fetch a decent return. That everyone is holding on to their multiple bottles says a lot about the trust we all have in Brundel's formulation.

On that note, I'd love a loyalty program like a bottle/label return for a sale/discount code through BLR...

But yeah it is worth the wait...I just want to see how my body reacts to epicatechin in the meantime if possible so I can get idea how long I should follidrone. Honestly, I've been thinking about using it between cycles. Stacking Follidrone with creatine and DAA seems like it'd be a pretty solid off-cycle stack.

I checked yesterday. I have 2 of 6kg we are waiting on and the other 4 are in the US.
Ill have em by mon tues. Ill rush shipping again and we will likely have them the next week mid week. So....10 days ish.

1000 units. My plan is to send a good portion to NP, TGP, Orbit.

I read that you don't ship to Indonesia because of fraud. But I order many times from TGB with no problem. And I have good ratings on eBay too.
 
Just ordered one and am psyched. Dumb question: should I still take the normal pre workout stuff before workouts? I rotate some things like Supersize or Test Powder and others preworkout. I hate wasting and am not a fan of stacking things. I realize Follidrone is not a "performance" supplement exactly, but the results seem to be so good that it makes one question our "normal" way of doing supplements.
 
I was actually curious myself since I usually take 6-8 grams of cit-mal pre and Follidrone appears to also enhance muscular endurance. I figure I'll take both unless muscular endurance is really off the charts, then I might try it without the cit-mal.

I would still take all normal supplements and not change their timing due to the addition of Follidrone.

CM is my only other daily performance supp and I continued to take it. It only enhances and you'll be able to see where FD takes off from there.

Can Follidrone be used year round? Or how long you'd recommend to stay on it @Invalid Link Removed ?

The great thing is on top of all the things you would normally think of Follidrone for.

fat loss

it also has a ton of health benefits including increasing HDL and reducing triglycerides.
Studies indicated this but Kasaj's bloodwork confirmed.
Long term use would be good.

Cycling is great as well though.
Id say whatever your pocketbook can allow.
