I laid off all stimulants for more than an year, and it seems I've become rather stim intolerant. I used to enjoy and handle stimulants very well, but I guess not anymore.
I suspected that after getting some jitters and headache even when drinking only a cup of coffee, but I am sure now after trying some Muscletech Hydrxocycut Elite today. Even one capsule (the daily dose is 4) gave me slight jitters, and just made me feel rather tense, which was unpleasant for me. I will try it again in the following days to see if I am building back my tolerance. Anyway, in the mean time I am looking into stimulant free, or at least low stim options to help me shed off the fat.
On top of my list is Forskolin, but it will be another 4-5 weeks before Predator has the good stuff again (Analysed supplements). I might try Primaforce's Forskolin at 20% for these 4 weeks.
What else will actually help me with the cut? My diet is good, I am tracking precisely my cals and macros, 15% below my TDEE. My basic staple consists of whey, creatine, NOW Ultra Omega, betaine and Orange Triad vitamins.
