Leg day today and then moving to my new permanent apartment. This divorce has been pretty awful on me and I'm so happy to finally have a place to call my own again today instead of crashing at a friends house.

living well is the best revenge....i get the feeling that women get off on it when the guy they break up with gets all broke down and depressed....reinforces their decision to end it.





BUT when the guy starts improving himself after the breakup, that is like a slap in the face!!!!!!!!!

awesome back session today!! blew through everything and am solidly hitting the 80# db for 10-12 reps on db pullovers, feeling pretty damn good! good pump today too

Great leg day today, switched it up a bit and hit up 10 sets on leg press working up one plate at a time to 720x10 for 3 sets then leg extensions 180x15 for 5 sets. The pump was so bad I could barely walk lmao

Then hit up leg curls and some calf work. Overall a great session, total volume was just under 82,000lbs
 
82,000 lbs is no small feat. Rubber leg syndrome is in your immediate future. Lol

Well I'm back in action today!! I hit up a great chest session on saturday working up to sets of 15 on incline DB press with the 75's followed by incline flys with 60s, then 50s for 12-15. Felt really strong that day.

Yesterday was deadlift and lower back, pulled 475 easy as you please but couldn't quite lock on 500. So I baked off and hit up sets of 4-5 at 455 and then 425. I earned some respect from the other dudes there doing my bigger sets at 455, was getting some looks and nods lol.

I went out of town for the long weekend to spend some more time with my girlfriend who lives in Orlando, and it was probably the best weekend of my life. Seriously have to say that I've never been happier and I'm sooooo looking forward to her moving up here soon. She's almost more of a gym rat than me, it's great :)
 
Great back session yesterday, had some spectacular energy! I hit a new PR on DB pullovers absolutely destroying my lats with 3x15 with the 80# bd, followed by two more sets at 13 and 11 reps each. My last best was 1 set of 13, and one set of 10 with the 80# DB. HUGE improvement!!!

I'm probably about a week or a little more from the bottom of my tub. It's been going faster now since I got used to the stim effect because I've been using it sometimes as a pick-me-up in the early afternoon as well to help keep me focused and productive at the office. It works really well for that too!
 
Hit shoulders really hard this morning. Arnold's supersetted with db shrugs, lateral raise machine supersetted with machine shrugs, and then rear delts burnouts on the pec deck. Sweeeeet burn!
