I superset and it doesn't bother me.

Yes, and I feel like I'm the same or even stronger when I superset. If I'm going heavy on my main lifts, I avoid super setting just so I can exert most of my energy on it.
I'm currently doing antagonist super sets ...

That seems like a good plan. I've been really into drop sets and rest pause of late, and doing only one set per exercise.

I usually pair a push with a pull and do either a superset or alternating sets. Superset I don't rest between exercises but alternating I will take a 1 minute rest before switching. I use this method for my heavy work, that way I will get about a 2 minute rest for one body part while still training another one. I also have a love/hate relationship with my foam roller. I want to eventually get a rumble roller to really help get into my back.
