Well well, I was all pumped for my workout mentally today but my body didn't seem to agree! I feel weak today. Still push through and went up on some exercises I attempted pull-ups in my workout and it just didn't work. I'll keep trying and I'll keep doing them throughout the week to get better at them!

High cable rope row 35x15, 42.5x12, 50x12x2, 55x12
Seated cable row 100x12, 120x10x4 (attempted 140 but that was a no go! Lol)
Straight arm pulldown 35x12, 42.5x12x4
Underhand BB row 75x15, 85x12, 95x12
ISO row 70x12, 90x10, 100x8 (did 1 arm at a time so I could keep rolling)
ISO underhand high row 50x12, 55x10, 60x8
Biceps:
Superset
Concentration DB curls 25x12, 30x12, 35x8
Alternating DB curls 15x12, 20x12x2
Friend left so I stayed and did a few more
High cable rope rows 52.5x12, 57.5x12, 60x12
Superset with shoulder width push-ups with 10 sec hold at bottom 15 reps
Leg raises with rev crunch/sit ups 30
Overall I feel pretty good about how my workout turned out. Can't ask to get stronger in everything huh?! Lol
