quick small update for me:
things going decently, not a lot has changed but I'm entering that "mode" where change will accrue quickly, simply a matter of waiting for everything to catch up and take hold....training going decently, despite me not really having a firm protocol atm - I'm enjoying going day-to-day, feeling my way, but I do think progress would be better if I locked in on a set format for awhile...Phase II wrapping up over next 7-10 days, bout to make way for the next phase on the docket ..

Gonna be about ten people. I also bought some sausage and stuff for potato salad and broccoli cheese and rice casserole.

You are looking more cut each day, especially in the chest area. Traps are like ski hills .. Christ.

Actually gonna start doing a bit of trap work again. Haven't directly worked then much at all this last year so I'll start shrugging some to Stimul8 some growth.

I think Johnny J's a beast, & I love that he's a strength athlete as well, but Branch is the better-developed body. His face/ears are pretty trollish when he starts posing, but if you can just focus on the body.... #meattitan

so just made my preWO mix...dint feel like opening new containers when I have several with some still in it, so I got a lil mad scientist today..
1 scoop Ignite2 berry blast
.5 scoop Stimul8 tropical storm
1 scoop BCAA+SAA apple fusion
4 caps Max Pump dumped in

fairly tasty believe it or not - not a whole lot different than just TS Stimul8 on it's own, just stronger

That's a lot of fukin willpower! I'm glad I'm not competing anytime soon cause I don't think I could of passed on a couple of dishes this weekend:) congrats man!

Yesterday was amazing! Hit the gym for about an hour and fifteen minutes and had tunnel vision the entire time. Smoked shoulders and abs. Felt like I had twice as much in the tank but I did a huge amount of volume and weight. GW is fun!

Sets of twelve working up to 14 plates then four drop sets high wide foot placement and two with low close foot placement

Four drop sets of ten reps 40, 35, 25, body weight
With a five second iso hold on the last rep of each set

Leg extension

Cable Crunches ss weighed leg raises
Used a single handle so my arms were close to my body. Kept forearms on the sides of my had and fully extended and contracted each rep making sure arms were not moving the weight

25 lbs for sets of twenty on the leg raises

Sore! During cardio last night I could could feel the beating my legs took so this isn't surprising. My secondary leg day will focus on hamstrings since yesterday was rough on quads.

Weight still slowly creeping down. Starting to harden up a bit.
 
Of course just as I suspected things are going along according to plan in here!

decided to bake the 10oz sweet potato into chips, and go with a green pepper .. no fruit, had me a nice amount of fresh pineapple and cantaloupe yesterday so worked out well since I dint have any fruit on hand for this

my hi-carb day is now only 300g :sad:
meh, oh well..

300 g doesn't seem like much for a guy of your size
 
Calves do seem to be improving, Monty! Looking very good to this joe-schmo.

And Ace, that's because 300g carbs for a guy his size ISN'T that much lol
