oh, I got to share a funny story too..
so before I got my ears lowered I went to grocery, and as I'm loading stuff into trunk of my car this gal who had parked next to me also was loading her trunk, nice looking gal (prolly around my age maybe couple yrs older), she says to me:
"I hope you don't take this the wriong way, but I just wanted to say that more men should look like you"
so we chatted for a minute (no I did not get her phone # for those wondering...was in a hurry to get to my hair appt), was pretty cool random encounter, made me smile ahahaaa...

No. He has a "Hello Kitty" sling bag he carries his emergency grapefruit, Turkey, egg whites and salad in for when he is in a pinch.
 
Leg day

Front squats
Worked up using sets of eight to 245x8 for three sets. Good depth about ten sets total.

Cybex Squat
Five sets of eight to twelve reps with 340-380

Hack squats
Four sets of twelve with 315

Sissy hacks
One set of thirty with 275 as a burn out after last set of hacks

Hanging leg raises
Five sets of twenty five with 25 lb dumbbell
 
Got a decent nap in but not nearly enough sleep for this graveyard shift.

Legs are feeling nice and tender but my knees are SCREAMING. Guess it's about that time to start doubling up on the joint supps.

Wow, do I feel stupefied....I need to get educated on all these initials & abbreviations. Are all these supplements on this thread "over the counter" so to speak,'cept ordered by the authors of this thread.

Yep. Branch chain amino acids (bcaa) silk amino acids (saa) g8 is our sleep aid, hgh boosting, recovery supplement. Those together is a VERY solid stack before bed in an empty stomach.

So it's fasted cardio followed by bcaa/saa and G8 before bed. The ancient Snagency secret :)
 
Speaking if which...I did 45 mins of pre bed cardio last night. Had to stop a few times and switch things up because I would get such a pump in my legs, especially my hamstrings, that I would have to take a breather. My wife enjoyed the workout as well though...right up till the end when she started to getting sore. :-D

yessir - actually I've lowered the base while concurrently upping cals again in another attempt to add a lil lean size (see-saw approach)
I dunno about that 750 I was running, I think it was a bit too much..for now, I have lowered back down to 250/wk, getting ready to ease into another portion of phase II -- the final phase :D .. that will take me right into another phase entirely, some nice plans coming up for the summer

I'd buy one. It looks quality. And your chest is so beefcake you can see the fullness in the upper pec pushing the shirt out - I don't think it hides you as well as you imagine lol. Really looks like some quality improvements in that pic, Steve - the dedication is def showing itself.
 
NIce update pics gentlemen. Snags looks like a beast. Montana, definition really coming along in the legs. Actually seems like you are changing daily lately brother - as Snags said continuing being that machine.
 
Lifted with ole Kleen today. Got off work around eight thirty and met up at a 24 hour fitness "super sport". It was super all right cause they wanted to charge me twenty extra bucks to get in lol. Had a pretty good chest and shoulder session but my strength was in the tank. Diet transitions along with the back end of my work schedule didn't provide the best environment to kill the weights today.

Flat bench
Worked up to 275 but only got four reps here. Been sitting around the eight rep mark the last couple weeks so a significant drop off. Followed that with two sets of 225 for eight and a drop set of 135 for about twenty five reps or so.

Hammer strength decline press
Worked up to 140 per side for two sets of eight (I think)

Hammer strength super incline
Couldn't use much weight on this. 70 per side with three sets of twelve and the last set had eccentric resistance for some great TUT. Didn't get a pump till this exercise lol.

Side lateral machine
Eighty five lbs for three sets of 15. One side at a time and I leaned away from the working side to increase the ROM and get a good stretch. Also kept only my elbows on the pads to really reduce the workload on the front Delt. Kleen gets props for that help :)

Cage press
Three sets of 12-10 reps with 65 lbs. These were done in a cage and not on a Smith machine and the difference was amazing.

Free motion rear Delt pulls (dunno what they are called really but it's similar to hitting the movement for a rear double bicep with cables overhead and arms crossing on the eccentric part)
Three sets closer to failure and then one set past failure with fast reps.

Was a fun time and were gonna try and get some sessions in regularly I think. I guess this time was payback for the last time we lifted cause ole Chris was strong as fark today lol.
 
meh...sometimes strength will be off brother..you are pretty depleted calorically all things considered, carb-up tomorrow night will do wonders too .. hang in there!

Oh yeah! I've already got my portions laid out actually lol. Very excited to say the least.
 
Yeah it was a great workout, as he said he was depleted so he had a bit of a rough time getting the pump started but he looks great and once his pump broke loose he really looked great. Can see that there is new size at this level. He is doing great and looking great.
