Lol.. ^^ the only cardio machine I will not use.... I do stepper, step mill, bike or tread mill on a high incline....

Cardio equipment is like women. Gotta sample them all. :-D... Granted the elliptical is like the fat chick. Easy and convenient and you don't EVER tell your friends you use it.

cals dropped to lowest point since prep last yr, yesterday, as i continue to get aggressive on the leaning front (~3250), and carbs too were pretty low (~250ish) .. i like this currently, will stick around this part of town for a minute or two..

pretty aggressive leaning too, at that cal intake
(i got pretty high metabolism, and it is in like extra-overdrive right now..it's cool, but not so much when it comes time to pay the grocery bill)

all i can say is, wait till ya'll see me next!

fanastic tennis day yesterday, albeit a bit abbreviated..
played a fellow who is also in USTA, never faced him personally previously but I have seen him play, has a very nice game
I came out of the gate just unconscious, raced to a 5-0 lead before closing the first set out 6-1, then won 6-4 in the second (came back from 4-2 down)
felt great, really dialed in thruout (even tho my serve deserted me a few times early in the 2nd set), loving the back-to-back days and the recovery I am seeing....I mean, as close to a tennis god as I will ever be lol :D
(wish every match could be like that)

back to the weights today, gonna hit up some chest and abs again
I am due for a tweaking in the training format, but not quite ready to install it yet

this tennis you speak of, sounds like a really good sport.

hey, snags...take a look at the pct rev page at nutra, i think there is a mistake???? a guy just bought it thinking there was 50mg arimistane in 1 cap

So my update for today.

Started ECA this day. Caffeine sourced from PX White...yeah I'm crazy. Whatever. Gonna be 3 doses a day 2 with px white and one with stimul8 pre workout. 25mg Primatene and one baby asprin with each dose.

Chest routine today -

Flat Bench
Sets of 12 working up to three sets of 7-9 reps at 275

Incline DB ss Incline Band Flys
90's x 8-10 ss 12-15 reps

Hammer Strength Close Grip Chest Press
45lbs per side with some strong ass purple bands FST7

Stretch Pushups
4 sets of 8-10 holding stretch

Cable Flys
FST7 with 100lbs

Just knocked out my cardio via the elliptical. Time for G8 BCAA/SAA and sleep.

last meal of the day, in addition to my regular daily fare
(get this one every 3rd day at this time, for now)
approaching ~950cals/~200g carbs
the rice alone was 135g of basmati (~110 carbs there)....was covering some of my sweet potato up..
damn meal was so big, it took three separate dishes to accommodate..felt like I was in a restaurant or something

I think I like my "regular" carb up meal better than this option..freakin rice took forever and a day to eat..
but, was a nice change of pace

~4100cals/385g carbs for today

tennis on tap for tomorrow (oh later today now I guess), arms/abs as well
gonna be a fun day

Looks awesome. Basmati is my favorite, I love pineapples and sweet taters. Sign me up :-)
 
Have fun on the court, I know it supposed to rain here, not sure if it's headed your way. I bought me some sweat potatoes yesterday, I can't wait to start implementing these into my daily meals.

Monte you are looking great! Changes are dramatic! Funny we are see-sawing each other as far as condition... you on the way back down and me on the way back up. I know how you felt when the abs started being less visible... makes me almost want to panic. Of course all part of the process so seeing you cutting up reminds me I am gonna go back that direction soon. Can't wait to see you in person Sunday can give you a real critique on how much bigger you are since I saw you in person last time you were about this condition. You look big as fug in those pictures though!!!
 
Snags, how many meals/day are you currently doing, counting shakes & everything? Also, what were your fats on that 4,100cal/385 refeed day?

depends, but usually 6-7 meals daily (sometimes 8) .. this counts any shakes inc postWO

Yeah we keep dodging each other a bit body comp wise lol.

Since my scale had been wrong my entire last cut presumably, I think RIGHT NOW I'm about six lbs heavier at the same bf. I'm not as lean as i was when we took those last pics but I'm not all that far off especially with the changes I've seen just as of today.

The exciting part though.....I'm completely removed from all but my test for about two weeks right now......only started eca today....still have SARMs (most likely), epi, Tren, sd and clen (possibly) to add in the next weeks.

I'm pretty sure I nailed the hormone timing down as perfectly as I could. Snags has my diet fine tuned and were set up to grow into the show quite well. Things are looking about as good as I could have imagined at this point.

This time leading up to your show is going to be pretty exciting to watch. Snags certainly has you covered and it looks like your stash will aid you nicely as well. Of course we all know you will kill it in the gym..

oh, I got to share a funny story too..
so before I got my ears lowered I went to grocery, and as I'm loading stuff into trunk of my car this gal who had parked next to me also was loading her trunk, nice looking gal (prolly around my age maybe couple yrs older), she says to me:
"I hope you don't take this the wriong way, but I just wanted to say that more men should look like you"
so we chatted for a minute (no I did not get her phone # for those wondering...was in a hurry to get to my hair appt), was pretty cool random encounter, made me smile ahahaaa...
