well just put us out there on front street, why don't ya.. :shhh: man..i tell you guys what: bigtime changes o/n here, I mean I look totally different (leaner) than yesterday I kind of hit on it recently here in the log (more than I knew at the time), when I said I felt like I am in the eye of the hurricane.. hence, i am now dubbing this second part of Phase II, "The Eye of the SnagStorm"cals dropped to lowest point since prep last yr, yesterday, as i continue to get aggressive on the leaning front (~3250), and carbs too were pretty low (~250ish) .. i like this currently, will stick around this part of town for a minute or two..

fanastic tennis day yesterday, albeit a bit abbreviated..
played a fellow who is also in USTA, never faced him personally previously but I have seen him play, has a very nice game
I came out of the gate just unconscious, raced to a 5-0 lead before closing the first set out 6-1, then won 6-4 in the second (came back from 4-2 down)
felt great, really dialed in thruout (even tho my serve deserted me a few times early in the 2nd set), loving the back-to-back days and the recovery I am seeing....I mean, as close to a tennis god as I will ever be lol
(wish every match could be like that)
back to the weights today, gonna hit up some chest and abs again
I am due for a tweaking in the training format, but not quite ready to install it yet

last meal of the day, in addition to my regular daily fare
(get this one every 3rd day at this time, for now)
approaching ~950cals/~200g carbs
the rice alone was 135g of basmati (~110 carbs there)....was covering some of my sweet potato up..
damn meal was so big, it took three separate dishes to accommodate..felt like I was in a restaurant or something
I think I like my "regular" carb up meal better than this option..freakin rice took forever and a day to eat..
but, was a nice change of pace
~4100cals/385g carbs for today
tennis on tap for tomorrow (oh later today now I guess), arms/abs as well
gonna be a fun day
depends, but usually 6-7 meals daily (sometimes 8) .. this counts any shakes inc postWOSnags, how many meals/day are you currently doing, counting shakes & everything? Also, what were your fats on that 4,100cal/385 refeed day?
Monte you are looking great! Changes are dramatic! Funny we are see-sawing each other as far as condition... you on the way back down and me on the way back up. I know how you felt when the abs started being less visible... makes me almost want to panic. Of course all part of the process so seeing you cutting up reminds me I am gonna go back that direction soon. Can't wait to see you in person Sunday can give you a real critique on how much bigger you are since I saw you in person last time you were about this condition. You look big as fug in those pictures though!!!

Since my scale had been wrong my entire last cut presumably, I think RIGHT NOW I'm about six lbs heavier at the same bf. I'm not as lean as i was when we took those last pics but I'm not all that far off especially with the changes I've seen just as of today.
The exciting part though.....I'm completely removed from all but my test for about two weeks right now......only started eca today....still have SARMs (most likely), epi, Tren, sd and clen (possibly) to add in the next weeks.
I'm pretty sure I nailed the hormone timing down as perfectly as I could. Snags has my diet fine tuned and were set up to grow into the show quite well. Things are looking about as good as I could have imagined at this point.
Can anyone guess who my prep coach is?

This time leading up to your show is going to be pretty exciting to watch. Snags certainly has you covered and it looks like your stash will aid you nicely as well.
