Egg whites
Slow cooked pork
Rice
Corn

This made a lot so it will be a couple meals. My post workout shake was

Chocolate PB swirl protein
Banana
Vanilla light and fit Greek yogurt
Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Liquid egg whites
Ice
Put all in a blender with very little of the liquids so it makes a nice thick shake

Haha, I make this all the time. Mix up some carnitas or smoke a pork shoulder and shred to mix in with eggs and rice.
 
I hit up some legs today and instead of going for heavy weight I decided to really feel the burn!

Leg ext-ss-body weight squats
4x90x15-ss-4x10 reps
Rests were 15 sec. Quads were on fire!

BB Hack squat
4x185x10
Drop
135x8
Every set had the drop set. I could barely get that 8th rep on the drop

Body weight lunges-ss-standing single leg toe elevated calf raises
4x20 reps each leg-ss-4x15 reps each leg
I kept rests short here as well cause I wasn't using weight. Rests were 10 sec

Bench squats-ss-standing dual leg toe elevated calf raises
4x95x15-ss-4x30 reps
Right after I did 1 set of body weight squats for 10 reps
My quads were burning!

I just want to note that almost all day yesterday my muscle feel really dense and hard, I'm sure it's just from spreading out the agmatine all day but it's a really cool feel!

My quads were definitely on fire! It was fun and fast paced with the super sets and short rest periods.

I have legs on tap today... I really don't feel like going into the gym tonight for legs though... not sure what I am going to do. I may do something crazy like a bunch of front squats, then do a farmers carry with 135 lbs for 1 mile... that should do the trick eh...

Farmer walk with 135 for a mile!!! Holy sh!t, yes I would say that would do it!

Something small like this is what I'm using as a meal for taking a set of pills. Sliced up dyngus sausage left over from dyngus day yesterday wrapped in a corn tortilla with a little deli mustard on there.

Have you ever been dyngusing? It's a blast, I think there are only a couple cities in the country that have dyngus day
 
It's a polish holiday. We have a lot of polish families in South Bend so I guess that why we have it here. All the old school bars and legions open at like 6 am for people to start drinking and eating polish sausage. It's pretty insane in this town, a lot of businesses get it off and the following day. Kind of like you getting New Year's Eve off and New Year's Day.
 
No, our polish population isn't that large here. I am hungarian and love sausage, though. So I will travel!
 
Today was arms. Pump was awesome. I tried to go as heavy as I could with very short rests and keep my form with out jerking the weight around.

Flat BB close grip press

175x7, didn't really feel it like I wasn't feeling it in the triceps so I backed down

After the last set I dropped to 135 for 8 more reps

Skullcrushers
4x75x10
Could barely get 10, these were very slow and controlled

Standing close grip ez bar curl-ss-standing reverse grip ez bar overhead ext.(after the last set of curls I just presses the weight overhead and started the ext.)
3x65x10-ss-3x65x10

BB curl-ss-feet elevated diamond push-ups
3x85x10-ss-4x10 reps

Susp sys bicep curl-ss-susp sys overhead tri ext
3x8 reps-ss-3x8 reps
Rests were 5 sec.

Reverse grip BB curl-ss-normal grip BB curl(after the reverse grip I would switch had positions to normal and cont. curling)
4x45x15-ss-4x45x12
Arms were pumped up real nice after this
Rests were 5 sec.

Thanks man, I know, I can't wait to get the full effect! Hunger seems to have increased a bit and my muscles are real dense and hard. I seem to carry a pump for a long time. Bottom abs seem more defined but that's probably cause of diet. Pct is OTC. I have some BPS Endosurge Turbo and another all in one PCT formula, forgot the name right now.

I love me some fadogia in pct, well he'll anytime actually. If you can scrap some cash, I'd suggest adding it to your pct Pete.
