There were 4 sets total and each set went back and fourth between arms 5 times. These are the same, really supinating the wrist so my pinkies are facing up.

Dips-ss-flat band flys

Band bicep curls(arms starting behind me, facing away)-ss-susp sys bicep curls

The band curls start out hammer grip and then as I curl I really supinate the wrist turning my pinkies up
BB curl-ss-stretch push-ups
4x95x8-ss-4x12 reps

I'm in Chicago quite often. I've done all of that, the one thing I would love to do that I won't have time for is the mob tour. I think that would be fun! The pier is awesome, I love me some Bubba Gump Shrimp!Chicago's awesome. Obviously do the touristy junk, go to the pier and definitely go downtown and eat at some of the joints!
Haha I've been thinking of this for the last couple days! I've also thought about the cocktails! Haven't some drinks in awhile so it should be a blast! I'm going to pace myself and drink slow cause I know I'll get a buzz super fast!

I'd have to agree. If you can afford it, it's a sweet place to be. Squat-ss-single leg toe elevated standing calf raises 135x10 185x10 205x9 225x6 Drop 205x5 Drop 185x4 Drop 135x10 The calf raises were 4 sets of 15 reps per leg Hack squats 135x10 185x10 205x10 225x7 Drop 205x6 Drop 185x7 Drop 135x11 Bodyweight lunge-ss-dual leg toe elevated standing calf raises 4x15 lunges per leg-ss-4x30 reps Rests were 10 sec. My legs were burning after these. Anytime I am just doing anything bodyweight and over 12 reps I try to keep my rests very short to turn something that's normally easy into something pretty hard. Bench squat-ss-leg ext-ss-dual leg toe elevated standing calf raises 4x135x8-ss-4x100x8-ss-4x30 reps Rests were 5-10 sec. Here as well. My legs were hurting so bad during these. I figured I could get more than 8 reps but hell no. Dem quads were hurting by the 8th rep!

From a lady driving that pissed me off which normally wouldn't have to my son puking on his new shirt and now I have to wash it then my dog pissing on the carpet. I was fuking hot for a min I'm normally a mellow guy, I don't really get pissed easily and sh!t has been getting under my skin. Crazy!

They did for sure that's why I went light weight on the flat BB press with higher rep cause I know I wouldn't of lifted a bunch of weight on that exercise. You and me both with the comparison! I hope it's just as good as Stimul8Powerful DB presses! Those would have fatigue me way quicker. I'm looking forward to your comparison.
