I disagree. There's a limited amount of equipment. Everyone who pays to use the gym should be able to use the equipment. Idk I always let people work in just out of common courtesy for other people. I usually ask what they're doing and I might add in a quick " you're really working not just ****ing around right"? But in my experience they always say they're gonna match my pace which is cool and then both parties are happy. However, if you're deadlifting or doing squats there's no point in asking to work in that just wouldn't work. Also if I ask someone to work in and they can't give a good reason as to why I can't or I realize that I can work in they're just being a piece of shyt I will use the machine whether they want me too or not lol. Done it before, they start talking shyt I just say " oh man no worries it's all good" just keep nodding at what they say and then they just accept it.

People should have to earn the right to keep using free weights of any kind... If you don't put your $hit back in the right place, enjoy the machines a$$holes... Another option would be to go to their houses & mess their $hit up...

Douchebag at my gym yesterday was an employee. Told me i couldn't bring my bag around the gym with me because i guess they've had people stealing shît. No lockers were open so they offered to just keep it behind the front desk for me. Came back a few minutes later and the two guys behind the counter had opened it up and were fücking with my 3-board.

I used to work at the gym I train at..
I just give em my bank card, all the employees know my code , they know to add glutamine n BCAA's etc, to my shake ....and they put my bank card back into my hand bag which I leave on the table next to the supplement rack , lol.....

Hey .... Rooster Sauce is the sh*t! I have a bottle in the fridge and 2-3 in the pantry. Goes great on everything from cottage cheese to chicken breasts and hardly adds any calories but adds a sh*tload of flavor. Can't live without it ..... like Ronnie Coleman was with his KC Masterpiece :)

To be fair the boards don't actually fit in the bag. So they stick halfway out anyways. They didn't actually go into the bag, just pulled the boards out. But still, I just grabbed all my **** and took it over to the rack with me. They didn't give me shït about it today. So I think they know they effed up.

Unfortunately ppl do steal shyt at my gym. I've had an iPhone stolen from me. I left it on the ground to go get water. Within those 30 seconds someone jacked my shyt

You can leave your phones/wallets/keys/etc unattended at my gym... It's pretty darn cool... So far nothing has been stolen...
