2nd cycle

I ran h-drol before a little less than a year ago and got pretty good results. I tore some tendons tho and haven't done any upper body in about 10 months. What PH would be good for my 2nd cycle? I want the basics (lose some body fat and gain muscle). I don't want small nuts or gyno. H-drol again is deff a possibility.
 
DMZ would be great. DYMETHAZI9E is an affordable clone, one bottle would be enough. Other board sponsors are good to go too but I don't think many of them have DMZ clones.

If I were you I would wait a few months and get your upper body lifts back up to speed. You'll get better results if you do this. You'll also be less likely to get injured again. You don't wanna get strong as a bull right after coming off of an injury. Piggybacking off of what g0hardorgohom said, I think DMZ would be a good choice for a second cycle. It is more toxic than hdrol though, so make sure you have the proper support supps. Epistane would also be a good choice. And whether you do DMZ or epistane, or hdrol again, i would stack with stanodrol to keep up aggression and libido.

You WILL get testicular atrophy.
And there will ALWAYS be a chance of getting gyno.

Just follow proper cycle and pct protocol.

No matter what you take, always have a serm AND ai on hand. Not an otc ai either, you want one that is actually proven to work. Aromasin is my choice.
 
Definitely worth your consideration is Epistane, here is a very affordable and trusted option here from Ironflex

As said you would get suppression. You need a SERM and have a PCT ready before thencycle.

-EFA's ED
-Taurine 5g's ED

PCT:
-Nolvadex 20/20/10/10
-Erase Pro 1 pill ED
-Cycle Assist ED
-PCT Assist ED
-Multi/EFA
-Creatine

How much would this differ from Epistane or DMZ?

If that worked, you could use the exactly same protocol again. It looks pretty good.

You could save some money by buying EP15TANE or DYMETHAZI9E Perfect Cycle stack though. It has AR1MACARE PRO (TUDCA, Arimistane and several other ingredients) for cycle support and SUP3R PCT for post cycle therapy - SUP3R PCT has mucuna pruriens, arimistane and several natty test boosters so it targets estrogen, cortisol and prolactin while elevating test levels. You'd need to buy Nolva of course.
 
Where would I buy that? I'm gonna wait till I'm cleared to start lifting again before I buy anything cuz I might need surgery.

So that Armistane is better than erase pro in your opinion? How would I dose DMA?

I don't know much about the new formula of Erase Pro so I can't answer to that. But I know that SUP3R PCT can be tapered down in much more convenient way because serving size is bigger - and it doesn't only effect to estrogen and testosterone. It also controls cortisol and prolactin.

I'd run the cycle this way:

- DYMETHAZI9E 40/40/40/40/40/60 (keep it at 40 if you're happy - and you could cut it short after 4 or 5 weeks if you want. One bottle would be enough for 6 weeks though)
- AR1MACARE PRO 4/4/4/4/4/4 (2 bottles are needed for full 6 weeks. One is enough for 30 days)

PCT:
- Nolva 20/20/10/10
- SUP3R PCT 4/4/3/3/2/1 (one bottle is needed. Taper it down in order to avoid possible estrogen rebound)

It's up to you. Some people like to start it a week or two after stopping the cycle but I always start it right away. It's not just an AI.

I ran epistane, h drol and dmz. I liked epistane the best. there are several clones on island supplements and there is a 10% off code through tomorrow. But as gohard said... nolva is a must.

DMZ is probably my favorite for strength and size. AS far as shredding fat like others have stated its diet dependent

How bad is the shutdown with DMZ? And what are you thoughts on the liver toxicity? Thinking of doing it for my third cycle.

I'm not mw1 but I can tell that it shuts you down just like any other prohormone/steroid. Proper PCT protocol will bring you back though.

A good cycle support product like AR1MACARE PRO will keep your liver and other organs in tact.

Idk I've just heard that superdrol shut down can be bad, and DMZ is very similiar. But that puts my mind at ease.

Every steroid will shut you down but odds are that proper PCT protocol (with a SERM) will bring you back :)
