I ran h-drol before a little less than a year ago and got pretty good results. I tore some tendons tho and haven't done any upper body in about 10 months. What PH would be good for my 2nd cycle? I want the basics (lose some body fat and gain muscle). I don't want small nuts or gyno. H-drol again is deff a possibility.
