Here it is everyone! I'd like to thank Olympus Labs for this opportunity in logging this interesting product. Both strands of ph's in this product seem to be highly effective from the reviews I have researched and looked into so I am excited to kick this off.

On a side note: I have cycled AndroHard by Primordial Performance and Finaflex 1-Andro bridged into 1-Alpha. I have never taken any methylated compounds and I'm really curious to see not only if I can run this strong supplement smoothly, but also keep onto some of my earnings in the long run. I know in previous cycles I have kept my size and strength gains in their entirety, could be my age, could be me keeping up with lifting post cycle, I don't know. All I know is, every time I cycle something it generally leaves me in a better position than I once was.

Stenadrol Protocol:
2/3/4/4/4

While Taking Stenadrol, I will be running PCT Revolution Black at 2 caps a day at nighttime for its Arimistane and Liver/Prostate/Cardio Support.
For the last 3 weeks I'm also throwing in Organ Shield for extra support.

PCT is going to be
Clomid: 50mg/day for 2 weeks then 25mg/day for 2 more weeks
Finaflex Pure Test (DAA): 4 Caps a Day for an extended PCT

Support Supplements for Joints:
Around 5-6 grams of Fish Oil a Day
Also might pick up some MSM just incase

Any critiques on my cycle protocol are greatly appreciated. I'm still fairly new to anabolics and would like to stay on the safe side.
I start tomorrow so let's get this **** runnin fellas!!!

Care to lay out some diet details?

My diet is kinda all over the place. I normally eat a lot of protein but I gotta start really tracking what I eat. It's hard and meticulous but should be done.

As of now I can only say I am cutting out drinking that's for sure. Probably my biggest flaw right there, I used to drink on cycles in the past which definitely halted me from getting the best results possible. I will go into more detail once I get the ball rolling so stay tuned!

1) def don't drink while on msten, it's harsh enough on your liver as it is.

2) you may want an AI in pct esp with daa.
 
It increases estrogen. It will boost test but a lot of it will aromatize. It's more complicated than that but that's the gist of it.
 
Yeah I just did some reading up on that. Thanks for the heads up, I'll probably grab an AI for PCT later then.

Last Tuesday I got extremely sick with a sore throat, the chills, body aches like never before, and a fever(splitting headache). I figured I'd make the most of it and just took the rest of the week off until today since I havnt had an off week in forever.

First day back, Chest Day:

Bench press: 135 x 10
205x8
225x6
225x6

135x15

Decline Pushups:
4 sets of 15(squeezed chest at the top)

Incline dumbbell presses:
3 sets of 15 with 35lbs(slow and controlled)

Flat bench chest flyes:
3 sets of 12 with 35lbs

Forearms: Reverse Curls with ez curl bar
4 sets of 10 with 45lbs

Today had a lot of things going on. I took 2 stenadrol, 1 pct revolution black and 1 organ shield upon waking up.

Normally I never lift in the morning or fasted, I did both of those this morning. Also, I took it easy being my first day back!
Feeling hungry as anything now so ima whip up some scrambled eggs.

So my liver is a bit inflamed at work, it's fine but I feel it a little. I'll just up my dosage of organ shield, also buying some fish oil and milk thistle before I clock outta work!
Also a good time to stock up on some spinach, salmon, lean ground beef and top sirloins :)

Try TUDCA or UDCA!
 
AR1MICARE PRO has TUDCA in it one of the reasons I like the product so much. However you just got started I doubt your liver is doing anything unless you have a liver condition of some sort.

Well we did just have a huge family party 2 days before sooo =]
It was the last of my drinking, I took 2 organ shield today and feel great. About to take some pre workout now, back day!

So I walked into accounting today and it turns out we have an in class, hand written accounting test. I was not informed due to me being sick last week and we have been doing our entire semester online with an internet program. I looked at all the numbers and we had to solve 10 different formulas.. I did not know any of them.

I stood up, handed my paper back in and told the professor that I'm not even going to waste his time grading my bs'd answers and walked out. Probably the worst way to start off the day..

Pre workout is all kicked in, time to hit back, core and obliques.

Barbell rows:
135x10

Overhand pullups:
6 sets of 5

Rear delts flyes with dumbbells:
4 sets of 15 with 15lb weights
For these I like to go slow and stable, after performing 15 reps I like to superset it with lowering the weights and performing 10 db rows with them while remaining flat on the bench. I pull em back for a nice slow squeeze and to keep tension on the muscle!

For core:
Decline ab curl:
2 sets of 15 with a 25lb weight.
4 sets of 15 without a plate
One final set of 10 to reach 100 reps :)

I was going to perform Hyperextensions for lower back and some obliques but I was totally shot after that.

After lifting I threw on a nice eye round steak along with some spinach because I was starvinggggggggg. Last 2 days on stenadrol I've been extremely ****en hungry after my workouts. Like, feed me before I passout in the kitchen hungry :D

Good lift today! I'll have to throw oblique and lower back work into tomorrow's arms workout.

Speaking of arms... You guys need to be watching Game of Arms on AMC!!! New episode tonight, definitely a show to check out.

Feelin really pumped up, was going to hit the bag for some cardio but I was pretty tired after these sets. Might hit it later =]

Been watching Mike Tyson's Career Collection on DVD preworkout. 13 matches in, 13 knock outs. Genetically superior to the rest.

Jose Raymond is one of my favorites. ****en massive, lifts hard, and is just a down to earth guy. Everytime he does those rope curls I want to hit arms again! Gotta renew my membership at the local gym so I can have access to more machines. I've been lifting at home aka Iron City!

Yes Sir, 150 a week to start then at 4 weeks if I want I can bump it up to 200mg a week. If I do that she told me to come back in 7 weeks instead of 6 so the numbers have a chance to climb a little from the higher doses. The part that will take a while is waiting until I go back before I can start any kind of methyl run. However we will be quadrupling my current test levels so I will more than likely add some new muscle just from being on TRT.

Sounds good. I'm very tempted to start a self-prescribed TRT of 200mg/week of test at some point. I friggin' hate to come off.

But then again, it may be not worth it for me.

Clocking out at 8 and hittin shoulders, traps. Missing a huge party this weekend called block party at bloomsburg university. No drinking for this guy, just clean livin and working hard.
