Background: 27 years old, 9 years lifting, 5ft8in, 177lbs, 3 natty cycles (triazole/activate, PES Erase/Activate x 2), and am looking to get some nice gains and bust this weight plateau I've been stuck on!
Daily Sups: Fish Oils, Cissus RX, Vitamins, Beta-Alanine, Creatine Mono
Pre Workout Sups: Assault, or Xpand, or C4
Protein: ON Whey, ON casein
Daily food: 3500, 200g protein

Nolva 20/20/10/10
Damage Control 1 week pre through 2 weeks post (finish the 2 bottles)
I'll have some Taurine laying around in case I need it, anything else I should have on hand or add?
I'm just checking to see if the dosages all look about right for the cycle and PCT. Any thoughts, questions, or additions are more than welcome! I'm planning this out, nothing has been ordered, and until I get a solid plan down and am fully ready to commit 100% to concentrated gains I won't pull the trigger...rest be assured when I do I'll post results!
