SNS Growth Factor XT + ArA + Dermacrine + Amino Fusion

I think ill pick some up when ordering my new x gels. i need some help with sleep right now. U guys have reasonable pricing on everything

Saturday

Today was leg day. Forgot to record numbers. Also did a little back.

Squats
Lunges
Leg press
Calf raises
Squat jumps (no weight). Jumped onto pillars.

Straight leg deads
Reverse (?) Shrugs
Wide grip pullup SS close grip pullup (with weight that makes the total load lighter).

Tired.

Gonna go up to 4 caps tonight. Did 1 this morning. If all goes well, I'll do 5 caps tomorrow night and stay at that dosage
 
I'll be adding genomyx pre workout stack products into this log as well! This just keeps getting better!
 
Which products .. I'm running Genomyx saturate + endurate with extra sns leucine and loving it.

SNS leucine lasts for a queens age.
 
So how did it work? Did actually make up fall asleep or only kept you sleeping threw the night? My problem is sometimes that I both have hard time to fall asleep and stay asleep... :(

This should aid in both of these scenarios. 3-OH-GABA (Theanine may as well) may help with sleep onset latency and many users report greater sleep depth with L-DOPA.

seems like it isnt doing anything for falling asleep but it keeps me in a deep sleep.
I'll definitely be interested in your feedback as time progresses. Quality of sleep is certainly important, but hopefully it'll help with sleep onset as well as this log progresses.
 
I'll post my numbers tomorrow, but one quick note on growth factor. It's only been a few days and my libido is kickin!
 
Hells yea .. for me it only lasts 30 days .. I do 15G a day split up in 3 doses.

Here is what I did on monday. Had to keep it short due to time and the gym was packed. Going to hit my Wednesday workout hard in about an hour so it won't be packed at all.
I didn't do any more arm workouts because I did arms twice last week (I think last Monday and last Saturday)

Chest is getting more defined. I think the derm is in full force now. Still dosing at 3 pumps, ara at 1.5 g, the bcaa product at 1 scoop, and growth factor at 5 caps. Still waiting on my pre workout stack I won in that contest. Super excited about that. Sleep has been phenomenal lately which speaks to GF. Pumps have been amazing, even on lo volume workouts. Gonna weigh in today. My last weigh in was 2 weeks into derm and I was down 1 pound.

I will post yesterday's workout sometime tonight. My legs are so sore from deadlifts. Gonna hit legs and maybe some machine work on chest tomorrow. If I go to the gym Saturday I will do machine work on back and triceps

Curious to see how the amp treats you. I'm currently using ampitropin from lecheek. I will hold my thoughts until u can assess.

I have a bottle of Ampitropin at the office. Haven't used it yet. It's basically my back stim for times when I need an energy boost. I wasn't very impressed with EVOL though so, my expectations of Ampitropin is super restrained. Lulz.
 
Saturday April 5

Getting low on Derm. still have maybe 2 weeks left tops though. Many people are saying my chest and arms are looking bigger. I love to get random feedback like that. Plus, they don't know I am taking anything. Today was leg day. Had another quality lift. Ill post what I did then get into a little supplement review at the end of this post.

Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Squats SS with raises
Straight leg deads
Light leg press (5 second negative) SS with raises

Plus I did cardio a few hours after that session so Im gonna be hurting tomorrow! Now lets get to the supps

Pre workout - I did 1 scoop. Didn't notice anything too strong. Hard to give info on pumps because it was leg day. Took it about 20 min pre workout. The taste is GREAT!!!!
Once my workout began (after stretching) I sipped on the amino's throughout the workout. Great endurance. Really liking that product

Derm - again, application is a breeze. Dries super quick. Starting to lean out in my chest and back. I am applying it on my upper arms, shoulder, chest, neck areas. 3 pumps/day either morning or 2 hours pre workout. I get consistent energy from Derm.

ArA - pumps are insane with this as you all know. I am feeling larger and looking larger in the mirror. Just look a little thicker but not fatter. Great combo with dermacrine.

Growth Factor - sleep has been great. dosing at 5 caps all at night (right before I go to bed). Feel rested in the mornings no matter what time I wake up which is a HUGE plus for me. Typically, if I don't get at least 8 hours, I feel like crap all day (especially around 3-5 PM). I don't drink coffee daily so this has been really helping me. Plus you cant really drink anything in the OR :)

If I could add anything to this stack, it would be either Forma or Anabeta (original. Have not yet tried the new Elite so I wont recommend it).

Tomorrow (Sunday) I may go back to the gym for a little back or shoulder work but we will see. I have to study first. Hope all is well with you all!
 
ArA + finishing leg workout with 5 second negatives on the leg press must have had you crawling out of the gym.

I usually start my leg workout with squats and ArA seems to augment the leg pump that normal high(ish) volume induces. Those negatives would have me sitting for a while before trying to walk out.

I end my day in the treadmill walking slow to get loose. I usually start off on squats also but like to change up my order once in a while

Yeah I'm not getting much sleep during the week right now. Loving growth factor.

Monday 4/7

Today i am going to see how much Derm, ArA, and Growth factor i have left. I have a ton of the BCAA product left and just started the new pre workout stack. Had a long night last night. Had to take my dog to the ER because i thought she had bloat. Thankfully she only had to take a huge dump and had lots of gas. she was so bloated around her ribs she looked pregnant. anyways, going to hit chest, triceps and biceps today. OFF day tomorrow. I will report back with my lifts and random thoughts tonight or tomorrow.

Yeah, different factors to consider. Hopefully the sleep quality stays great.
 
I've been on Monday wed Friday and some weekend lifts for a while now. I may change to Tuesday Thurs sat

The dips were body weight to failure. Also did skull crushers and bb curl but forgot to log on my phone. It was so packed I forgot.

I'm down -4 pounds for the stack so I'm going to bump up my calories and carbs and see where that gets me. I'm pretty lean right now. Going to go to the gym soon and do back with shoulders.
 
How's it going with the Growth Factor? Do you feel a difference in sleep? I have sometimes hard to both fall a sleep and stay a sleep and looking for something that would help for that...

That would def help. Last night I didn't dose any growth factor just to see how it was like without it and I won't make that mistake again. Took me longer to go to sleep and woke up twice in the middle of the night. Growth factor is def a keeper
 
4/13 - Sunday night

schedule has been super busy. still getting my lifts in. did legs and arms over the weekend. i can really tell stomach, chest, and back definition is coming in strong. i will weigh in tomorrow. I feel bigger but i have lost 4 pounds so far. really weird lol

Strength on back and chest is coming along as well. I'm not really training for strength so that's always nice.

Not sure how much l-dopa total is in Growth Factor XT but depending on how much is in there, I would cycle it.
