I just finished up my first week of Alphamine and Alpha-T2, but I've noticed some side effects. I am currently using the dosing scheme:
2 scoops alphamine/1 alphat2 (morning fasted, pre workout)
1 scoop alphamine/2 alphat2 (later)
When taken during the day, I feel fine. Sometimes I might get a light headache or a little nauseous, but this is bearable. However, I've noticed that when I take it preworkout, my heart pounds really hard and I get nauseous to the point where it is negatively impacting my workout and it's just an overall terrible feeling. I am assuming this is due to the Pausinystalia Johimbe Extract (SA2-A). Would this side effect go away with time, as I develop tolerance to it or is it just something I have to "put up with"/stop taking?
Btw, this is something I have experienced occasionally with PES Enhanced as well.
