Seems like you've got one hell of a caffeine tolerance :P

On a serious note, in a perfect world mine would be:

Stims: a mix of caffeine, 1, 3 DMAA, and methyl synepherine (I would be on the low side as I am not very stim tolerant)
Pump: agmatine sulfate 500mg (if I took some with my PWO meal) or 1g (if I didn't)
Endurance: PLCAR 2g
BCAA: 4g leucine, 500mg isoleucine, 500mg valine

And I would flavor it with whatever covered the taste of the PLCAR and Leucine.

Why would you want to create a pwo yourself when you can rely on many companies to provide one...............with under dosed useless ingredients or under dosed ingredients that even if they do work will would be of very little benefit relative to cost?

I like your "product" hvactech as long as I can put it together with my own bulks and don't have to inject it.

Why would you put Yohimbe with BCAA's? The resulting insulin secretion from the BCAA's would render the yohimbe useless

As long as it isn't an excessive amount of BCAAs it would have negligible effect on Yohimbe effectiveness, as this is taken just before exercise. Cooper answered this for me before
 
Really? Interesting. How many BCAA's / timing with Yohimbe.

I always wanted to try fasted HIIT, with BCAAs prior, but figured LISS w/ Yohimbe would be better and no BCAA's.

From a BP/heart rate perspective, HIIT + Yohimbine won't be for everyone.

I'll buck the trend: I wouldn't. Why? Because awesome preworkouts exist, and maximum I'd simply add a single ingredient to an existing pre, if I felt it was necessary.

It seems that most of you guys have forgotten to add the obnoxious over saturated coloring to make the product legit. It's not real if the apple flavor isn't green, the fruit punch bright red or pink...

This. I am too lazy and busy to mix up four or five bulk powders/caps.

For me Katana right now has me covered from all angles, just add maybe a Carnitine salt or TMG and I am good to go.

Bioshock for me in this respect. Only thing additional I take with it is 2 grams of betaine. Done. Don't even need to take my joint supp afterwards.

haha yep for the most part i don't want to have 10 tubs of random stuff to mix every single night.....i just role with conquer and hemavol mixed...if need be i'll add creatine, agmatine or potassium nitrate

already have to prepare my protein shakes, intraworkout, and any pill form products i take

have to pick up some bulk citrulline malate. 6 G was always the best for me. The recommended 9 G made me feel spacey and nauseated

Would you take the Citrulline with this combo? Could have been from too much vasodilation.

Just started using this combo... Stim free.

1g creatine nitrate

1.6g beta alanine

The second half is from SAN brand CM2.

It works nice. Good pumps, and the creatine adds some strength help. I'm a huge fan of creatine nitrate btw- amazing vasodilation .
 
I'd say a powder pre workout with Uncut ingredients + leucine nitrate, agmatine, betaine and L-citrulline.
 
I also always take a large scoop of bcaa's pre workout, I just don't include that in my formula because I wouldn't put them in my product because they throw off the taste so much and the scoop size starts to get really big. Is this what the OP was asking? What we would include in a pre workout we made? Or just what's best to take prior to lifting?
