Mine would be similar. Maybe substitute the LCLT for ALCAR and drop it to 1.5-2.0g.I hope the arginine isnt for nitric oxide production... 200mg caffeine 1000mg agmatine 6000mg cit mal 5000mg leucine 2000mg c-o-p 3000mg lclt

Why would you put Yohimbe with BCAA's? The resulting insulin secretion from the BCAA's would render the yohimbe useless
From a BP/heart rate perspective, HIIT + Yohimbine won't be for everyone.Really? Interesting. How many BCAA's / timing with Yohimbe.
I always wanted to try fasted HIIT, with BCAAs prior, but figured LISS w/ Yohimbe would be better and no BCAA's.

I'll buck the trend: I wouldn't. Why? Because awesome preworkouts exist, and maximum I'd simply add a single ingredient to an existing pre, if I felt it was necessary.

For me Katana right now has me covered from all angles, just add maybe a Carnitine salt or TMG and I am good to go.

Could have been from too much vasodilation.Currently using: 10 G BCAA 5 G Creatine mono 3.2 g beta alanine 1 G agmatine 200 mg caffeine sublingual B12 have to pick up some bulk citrulline malate. 6 G was always the best for me. The recommended 9 G made me feel spacey and nauseated
