Dave's Newest bulk into cut for show. AAS, SLIN and GH

By this time next year I will be cutting from 250 for another show. I am hitting 240-250 semi lean off season. I hate dudes that let themselves go to sh*t and cut FOREVER for a show. Straight lack of dedication. I want to be yoked and shredded year round. If I can't see abs I am wrong

thank u for posting this, this is exactly my train of thought

By semi lean I wanna see abs when I wake up dry and during the day wash back out with water. 4-6 Abs visible is fine. That's semi lean to me. Because if I want a clean cut 6 pack its only a matter if sodium, carbs and water manipulating and BAM decent 6 pack in 24hrs.

Edit* I'm on a fukin stairmaster and it blows. I love being shredded but the road there is so long... and uphill. This is why I'm.staying lean in off season.

Better?! More like Best lol. That was a few weeks out from my last show in November, after not really training legs since that April (appendectomy) I don't really have to do anything with them and they look like that, just lucky.

Hoping that would coax those redwoods out from hiding :lol:

I stumbled after I pulled a 25g/1.5 out of my shoulder and stuck it through my index finger. It hit the bone. It still hurts...

I have a slightly Above Average metabolism if not higher end average. The stair master is king. I do have to ask how long is your contest prep? I can get 6% from 18 with the right combo of drugs in about 12 to 14 weeks. I'm guessing I could get lower with 4 x a week cardio vs my current and staple 2.
I'm only asking because I may compete in a year or so.

I got 8 weeks left. I'm lean already and still eating 3600 cals. My coach says I'm a freak.. not sure how that makes my prep different than others but it does. So its hard to say. During bulk in Afghan I never got over 14% and in my last blast I gained and went to 10% which is what my cut started at.

I imagine you eat close to 1.2g per lb.

I don't know how mines split. My coach does all that so I dont have to think. I just eat it, fuk up cardio and lift like a madman. Its kinda nice actually being a muscular little lab rat in his sick game he calls training hahahaha. I'm not kidding this dude breaks me the fuk off.

Looking back football and wrestling practices were never this hard. Fuk even running around Afghan in 120+ degrees with 100lbs of gear wasnt as hard as some of these workouts.

that makes me feel way better about my protein intake. some days i get a little less than that, some days a little more.

i wish i could butcher my own cuts. that would make it so much cheaper to eat big.

If you're on anabolics then that's great ! If natural you would benefit from more from a split like... 1g per lb protien* to get bcaa * .4 to .6 g fats per lb. And the rest carbs. Carbs are a naturals absolute best friend in most cases.
 
i'm far from natty.

i think i'm a chickenaholic. normally eat 1-1.5lbs a day in 8oz portions. plus eggs, milk and whey

Same here. almost every meal is eggs/chix/whey with veggies. carbs early in the day. I keep my fats pretty low
 
Interesting stuff guys. Its cool to see how people diet. There is such a difference but great physiques each way.
 
Yeah everyone's body is different, people have to figure out what works best for them. Some people figure it out, most don't.
