What was the worst supplements you ever trird or bought, That were overpriced low dosed etc in general put the supps that sucked the most 2 u

This. Pretty well universally accepted at this point by anyone who researches what they use. Of course there are people still buying arginine preworkouts in stores because of a flashy label.
 
Years ago I got suckered into twin lab's ecdysterone supp. Good Lord what a waste hard earned cash that was.

Anything that uses Bioperine in a mixable powder. How dare you...
 
Focus XT. Explosive diarrhea 10 minutes after a dose. Threw the tub out after 3 days of gastric distress.

Phew! That sounds rough. I consider myself lucky for not having had those issues while on it. Yikes.
 
My buddy can't take FocusXT either. I think I read choline can do this to certain people?
 
I sure was focused on how much I had to run to the bathroom
 
A few years ago a trainer friend of mine tried to get me to take "Antler Test" with him. I'd never heard of it or the company that made it and said thanks but no thanks. All he got was really bad facial acne and the worst breath you could imagine. THAT is a sh!tty product my friends.
 
Ha. Focus XT did that to me as well unless I ate something right before it.

I remember getting the Cotton Candy one and sprinting to the bathroom a bunch of times at work.
 
Glycobol made my poop turn green and gave me runs
Glutamine totally a waste of money
Dextrose or Maltodextrin, not necessary and a waste of money (for the majority of us)

Wow there are too many to list. I remember doing symbiotropin and spending big bux on that as well as liquid creatine, eas cla and so much cash on hmb. The list goes on and on. Oh yeah I forgot about homeopathic testosterone boosters as well as the ecdy sterone supps. On and on.

It didn't work what so ever. Diet was in check as well.
No body composition changes, no libido nor any noticeable effect compared to me taking a sugar pill. Waste of my money!

I still am not convinced that it has any effect on hormone levels at all, but the verdict will forever be out.

And Yok3d. Worst one ever I believe, they had hyped it up so much it was the most I had ever anticipated a supplement just from their claims (I was also young & naive lol). I recall them saying the release of Yok3d was going to have a greater impact on bodybuilding then the discovery of the barbell!!!?!!! Lol

Very odd. I cannot comment on hormonal levels, as I didn't have bloods when I ran it, but I did notice a slight jump in libido (some dont, some notice a decrease)

But I did experience a very profound hardening effect and an increase in vascularity. Like I said, it's very strange to see someone not respond at all.

You didn't notice the terrible joint pains tho!?!!

What did you not like about yok3d? Do you not respond well to nitrates?

But you are right. This world is not meant for tall people. Ordered a 2XL singlet for my powerlifting meet. Goodbye testicles.
