Good workout man. That's one hell of a PR!

Thanks bro my legs are my stronger part of my body. After that workout I couod feel the soreness in my legs I am going to be really sore tomorrow. Unfortunately I think I only have a week left of x gels but it has been an awesome run breaking prs.
 
Monday I did chest I am posting my #'s late sorry guys.
Incline bench:

The same day I started to feel sore i felt strong through the lifts.
 
Thanks I have been pushing a lot of weight well at least for me. I am going to miss x gels when I have to come off them. I will post my shoulder and back workout later on today.

Just take a short break and start the fun back over: )

I only got to do this but was sore right after. Also I couls have done more but was sore from deadlift.
 
I will it will be good for me. I am going to look to see what supplement or preworkout I should take to keep the gains from the xgels.

Your correct. For instance the days I dont eat right mess up my lifts the following day I end up feeling weaker and my energy suffers

Assuming you put on some quality mass from your xgel run, you'll want to keep eating like a beast (yet clean) to keep that weight

I think lol and I hope. Well I have increased my strngth a lot before I started my x gel run my bench was 225, squat 315 for 1, deads 315 for 1. I am basing it on main lifts. Also note this is my second bottle of x gels. I am not lean but i know I had to gain some mucsle from this run. Unfortunately I did not eat right with my first bottle. Last time I weighed myself stats were:
203.5 lbs
25% bf bad I know
This was on a home scale.

Piston is right keep your cals at the right spot and any gains that came from your xgel run should be relatively easy to maintain.
 
OK sorry guys I had some personal things to take care of so I did not get to finish my last week strong. I will give my final review on my x gel run

I am improved a whole lot and I took 1st bottle of sns x gels alone 4 gels. The 2 and bottle I took it with GMS same brand as x gels also 4 gels per day. I only took them on workout days and I only ate clean around the second month but I lost 15lbs start weight before my xgel run was 214lbs and i still have the same strength.I can say this is the best thing I have tried and I highly recommend x gels. I cannot wait until my next run. Now I am going to look into a cutting stack. Feedback is appreciated hope to hear from you alls experience with xgels too.
