New to Fatburner type supplments. Advice please

Alphamine is a good option
AT2 is a good option

For something different i like RK-500 and GCBE

I was thinking also SNS Leucine, ALRI Humapro?

I haven't tried the ALRI humapro. I'm a little put off by the inclusion of bitter melon extract, but I'd be curious to hear what others who've tried it think. I haven't tried the SNS leucine either, but I've never had a bad experience with SNS' other products.

I wouldnt bother adding leucine to alaphamine. It already contains HICA which is a metabolite of leucine and is going to help with lean mass retention. I am doubtful additional leucine would offer any extra benefit
 
I have to say, I got a tub of alphamine and was NOT impressed with it. I only finished about 2/3's of it. It didn't kill my appetite, the taste that everyone raves about seemed horrendous to me, and I don't know, I just wasn't feeling it. About a week ago, I decided to finish it off before it went bad and...my impression is much different. I really like the feeling this time around (I'm taking 11-Oxo at 750-1,000 mg/day and large doses of diiodothyronine also). It gives me energy without making me wired, improves my mood and kills my hunger for about 3 hours (sometimes 2, sometimes 4...it depends) I take it in the morning before I get coffee, and I often can't even finish the coffee I feel so full. It is a good product. I wish it tasted a little better and I wonder if I got a bad tub of it flavor wise or something....I will be getting more in the future though, which I think is a big testament to a product that I originally didn't like. Forskolin is solid. I also like 7-OH, 7-Oxo or the transdermals of 7-Keto-DHEA. I've dropped weight with little effort on a mix of Forskolin, DMAA and 7-Oxo before, so I may be overly impressed with the 7-oxo (kind of the reverse of the alphamine maybe?) - but I think it is good stuff. I think the Alphamine/Forskolin mix is going to be your best starting point. You can add other stuff, but those will give results and a good starting point from which you can fine-tune things.

Any chance you could PM be or email or text about where to find 11-oxo ? Haven't used it on probably 5-6 years but that was the leanest I had ever gotten.
Funny---I had similar experience with Alphamine. I felt intense mood enhancement and thermo/energy effects for 2-4 hours, but then I subsequently crashed right after lunch. What's even more weird is that my 2Nd dose (1 scoop each dose) did not pep me back up. Very weird...I want to enjoy it like everyone raves !

Have you ever tried "Fat Free" by App Nut?
What about Jet Fuel (original) from GAT ?
I've had solid results cycling these, in conjunction w/ green tea caps, omega 3, and orange triad.
Thoughts ? Advice ? I assume my body will eventually adjust to these. I'd like to incorporate other Supps w/out getting too "stimmed out".
My biggest fear is a mid-day/afternoon stim crash. Thanks if you read my rant !

Interesting... So you think HICA means there is no need for additional Leucine? What's the rationale? Interested not being awkward bro :)

As JJ said, leucine isnt 'needed' if preventing muscle catabolism is your goal as alphamine contains HICA but you could add in bulk leucine for other purposes if you wished.

I have used AT2 and loved it. I had stacked it with erase at the time and would recommend that combo again

That is indeed a good combo. Great combo.
 
It is awesome. A great low stim option

Mine had stims :P 1 cap with my preworkout or Alphamine in the morning with 2 caps F95. 2 caps in the afternoon with some sort of stim burner, a cap of Shift, and 2 caps F95. 2 Shifts before bed.

Basically going to do that again but instead of a preworkout or Alphamine, Norcodrene will be the stand in!

How was your experience with fat free?
 
I like App nut products and fat free may honestly be my least favorite in the lineup. Hordenine, DHEA, ursolic acid (oral), quercetin, and theobromine? No thanks
 
How would you compare to other BCAA products?
Mainly Scivation XTend & CL's Purple Wraath ?
I also am digging PNI's EAA currently.

Amino IV has a much better profile and while i havnt tasted PNIs EAA, Amino IV blows the others out of the water taste wise.
 
My experience with Fat Free has been successful when I "pulse" it. I just take 1 in the AM w/ my green tea & fish oil. It's a solid thermo that doesn't get me the stimmed out feel that some others have such as the Jet Fuel. It's got adequate appetite suppression as well.
One thing I will say though: I can take the afternoon dose (1 cap) and still pass out. Maybe I'm just worn out after work but it's interesting. Other thermos y'all suggest ?
I see Dexaprine a lot on here. That stuff made me feel drugged. even just half a tab.

The inclusion of HICA is going to protect existing muscle. Adding more leucine wont help in this end. On the other end, increasing protein synthesis, I doubt adding leucine will make a significant difference due to the lack of additional substrate needed. Check out the thread I started on the protein + leucine study that was recently published. It appears in order for leucine to significantly raise MPS it needs to have wnough substrate
