I'm starting ArA, ABE, GmS with amino IV intra next month, pretty pumped (no pun intended)
 
STIMUL8+MAX PUMP for preworkout
BCAA/SAA intra.

Both come in an apple flavor so using the same shaker doesn't effect taste. Convenience. BOOM!
 
i wasn't impressed with c4

but preworkout: conquer or ritual

intra: compete or recoverpro....maybe even humapro in powder form

Awesome combo, really like that Bioshock...have moved on to some mesomorph (with amino IV) the past couple of workouts, oh how I've missed high dosed 1,3...mmm, crun-chewy....

What exactly are you looking for out of your PWO? Are you big into stims or are you more into focus and pumps?

I love Volatile pre training catalyst pre workout and Endurance BCAA Plus intra workout. Volatile is a mild stim (135mg caffiene) product with a great pump matrix utilizing Agmatine, Arginine, taurine, and much more. It's had a blended creatine matrix with Dicreatine And magnesium creatine chelate.

The endurance is a full serving of BCAA and citrulline malate, beta alanine, and creatinol-o-phosphate.

This all eaquals more reps. Beta alanine help the body "buffer" lactic acid, creatinol o phosphate will help te muscle work past normal shutdown and cut mal another great product to help enhance performance with anaerobic activities.
