Alright to go ahead and thank MST for running this promo and giving us all this opportunity.

I will be running a stack of Cre-02 and Nitroceps Elite along with some samples provided. They were very generous with their samples. Will post a pic later of all they sent. Going to be a 2 month supply of each. Wish I had an extra bottle of the Cre-02 since I am such a big boy(250 plus) but lets see how 3 caps a day works for me.

My workout training is High Intensity Training (a la Arthur Jones/Ellington Darden(The New High Intensity Training). It will be 5 times in 2 weeks. Will also add some cardio. Was hoping to start training Judo but that is being delayed. They are redoing the floor at the gym they train at.

Will add more later. About to go lift.

hey man, i'm also over 250 and the 3 caps is usually good for me on the Cre-02. Some days you may end up thinking it will be better with 4...but I think you'll be surprised. In this one...let's do this!
 
Nice interested to see how you like it as well. Haha I think I might be. Haven't been deadlifting lately but still interesting workouts.

Monday I start a new set of exercises. So it will be a bit of a feeling out process as to what weight I should be using. I can compare the 3 workouts I did with the stack to previous workouts though. I will start by posting my most recent workout which was last night by myself. I usually lift with a workout partner(Max).

Leg press 840*12
Standing calf raise 145*11
Flat bench BB 275*8

Something odd I have noticed is I am getting more fatigued it seems like. Or I am just more aware of it. Plus I have woken up more sore. Which soreness hasn't been an issue. Workload hasn't been negatively affected though. Still increasing across the board.

Bad news when it comes to Judo. Looks like there are some delays. The gym they hold class at is having the flooring redone. Taking longer than they expected. Might be 3-4 more weeks. Was hoping to start it now.

I have another 675 deadlift video but I was probably 20 pounds heavier.

This one didn't get as much attention. Plus I made the first video my signature for a while. That is until they stopped allowing that which I think I MIGHT have been the cause. After that I started spamming my video at the end of every post. That got me an infraction haha. But that was years ago. The first video was back in September 2010 while the second video was October 2011.

Its better that you guys aren't told what to expect anyway. Results vary from person to person. One of you could put 10 lbs on and the other learn to fly. Never know where MST might take you. ;)

when i was ,looking at this promo nitroceps elite was the one that struck my eye!!! stuff looks like viagra...better find you a girl tom, really soon, lol.
 
I'm late... I know. Haven't been on AM in a good 3-4 months. Hope all is well. I'm ok, recovering, still 10 weeks out but back at the gym and trying to rebuild.....

Haha it isn't quite that anymore. I did go watch a powerlifting meet this weekend. Don't think anyone pulled as much. Didn't get to stay for deadlifts. But the highest squat was a little over 700 in a suit.

Need to find my sheet to post Thursdays workout. Training again today.

for most people those numbers would be good, but for you...i will be disappointed if they don't go up substantially!!!

Haha they will go up I promise you that. But something to remember is I am doing HIT. Reps are done slow and I'm making them as hard as possible. Will post todays workout in a little bit.

lol...i was watching the news this morning about snow in the south...driving on ice and snow can be tricky!!!

looks like you are going more for a better physique than just brute strength, whats your goal?

Ya I'm not trying to get stuck out there. I don't trust people driving in ideal driving conditions.



Just trying not to be a fatass. Plus get stronger without injuries. Body feels less beat up plus less time working out so I can do other things.

keep at it...i went from 265 down to 207 over the last 6 years....body and joints feel much better!!!
 
I hear ya man, when I lost a lot of weight I felt fantastic in the joints and my back...and then I gained a lot of it back with the few pregnancies we had, haha. She got to eat awesome stuff and I wanted to also ;)

it's that empathy response.....or in other words, a great excuse, lol. i use my grandkids as an excuse to eat ice cream!!!!:sgrin:

Food is always my giant hurdle haha.

Lifted a little earlier today. Pretty sure I have mentioned this before but my gym lacks females haha. Did notice a girl with an ass in yoga pants haha. Even worn out I had to look haha.

This feels like a long workout. It really taxes the body. I think the stack helped me push through the workout. Didn't feel winded just worn out haha. Seeing some numbers increase.

as to lack of females in the gym, i actually prefer this....i don't need distractions when working out, maybe i am just getting old

i'm actually with ya on this. Occasionally I like when my lady is at the gym though...anytime some d1ckwad gives her a stare it ramps up my intensity ;)

haha don't make me sound like a meathead ;)...i'm sure everyone gets a bit irked from time to time....I just let it fuel my workout haha
