REVERSE DIETING

Heard some good things on reverse dieting for increasing metabolic rate. Anyone have any experience with it?

It has a sound basis. I'd recommend adding ~5g carbs and ~1-2g fat weekly (about 50 calories a week).

I add 100 personally. I feel 100 calories is not alot to adjust to.

It really depends on how you do things. I like to take things slow. When you go from caloric deprivation to 200 extra cals/month, strength shoots up unusually rapidly

Take me for instance. My maintenance calories*if maintenance even exist*is somewhere around 3400 before my cut. I plan on losing 30 lbs.
I plan on getting to 2800 at the lowest . How would I reverse from 2800?
1st week fat burners to 1/2 dose or cold turkey. 2nd week I would finish coming off fat burners or maintain those calories.
3rd week I would add 100 calories.
4th another 100.

Untill I come to weight loss or gain stall. Then the week after I would go back to gaining size.

Note...last 4 or so weeks of your diet... if you added cardio ...go back to your every day **** before reverse dieting.

Looks like a solid plan to me. I do the same with the cardio too
