Entocort. I've got Collagenous Colitis. It's been dormant for about five months since my last entocort treatment but it flared back up about a month ago.

I use the bathroom about 10-15 times a day with watery diarrhea when it flares up. No known cure. Something I'll have forever. It also makes cutting very frustrating. I'm already at a caloric deceit and add in pooping out half digested food. Big reason my muscles haven't looked as full lately.

Rope pushdown - 3 sets of 12 to warm up.

Pushdowns – Pyramid up on these. Instead of using a rope, use a little v-bar this time. Reps should be 20, 15, 12, 10, 8. Rest about 1 minute between sets. 5 total work sets.

Kickbacks with a pronated grip – You did these last week, let’s keep going with these. Try to add 5 pounds or so to what you did last week. These are awesome for destroying the long/inner head of your triceps. Tilt your body down further than normal and really try to drive the weight up high. Flex for a second at the top. The key to these is your grip. Use a pronated grip. I have video of this on my YouTube channel so you can review form. I want 5 sets of 8 on these. 5 total work sets.

Bent over rope extension – These are when you place your back against a pad facing away from the machine, bend over to 90 degrees, and extend arm so that it locks out. I want 5 sets of 15 reps on these. These should burn like hell. 5 total work sets.

Cross body dumbbell curls – These are just like the cross body hammer curls, except I am doing them with a supinated grip like you would with normal dumbbell curls. Actually, kettlebells are good for these too if you have some at your gym. Flex your arms across your body. Do all reps on one arm, then do the other. 4 sets of 10 reps. The crossbody alignment just does something that allows you to feel extra squeeze. You’ll see what I mean. 4 total work sets.

Well I broke the news to the wife of my plan to do the show in July. Surprisingly she was ok with it. I laid out the basics of what would go on and everything and she seems very supportive. She did say that she didn't want this to lead to steroid use of course and I reassured her that nothing will be used that I can't buy OTC.

Famous last words right here. I love how people assume everything otc is safe & saintly & anything banned is inherently dangerous & morally abhorrent. I can inject tren ace or I can take a cap of Trenavar. One I can get years in prison for & the other I can do at the family gym. Funny how that is.

I have Crohn's disease. I also go 10-15 times when I have a flare up. When I'm in remission it's only about 6-8 lol. Sh1tty! (Pun intended) makes cutting or bulking rather tough.

How long are you running prednisone?

9mg a day for a month. Two days after starting it my symptoms have almost completely gone away.

Not really worried about cortisol levels tbh. Never had problems before and bloods came back fine.

And tbh I'd be fine with a bit of high cortisol to be able to fart lol.

First show. Big gains to be made in the off season and hopefully Im sitting where I can compete HW in 2015. Those are my long term goals for the future but Im not looking past whats right in front of me.

SO! The short term plan -
Continue to cut until January 11th. Will continue with Tvar and ECA until that time then I will move into a lean gaining/maintenance stage for a while. Cant gain too much lean mass between now and July or I wont be able to make weight without sacrificing some muscle anways.

After new years I will be investing in a video camera and a pack of MD bands. The camera is going to be used to record posing practice three times a week until show time. The bands are going to be used asap to get as much out of MD as I can before I have to start over or begin another program. If anyone has an extra set lying around Ill be glad to take them off your hands btw :)

Ill post up some end of the year pics tomorrow or maybe New Years Eve morning depending on how everything goes.

Oh also gotta get that NPC Card :)

Lying leg curls – 2-3 warm up sets. You are going to do a standard pyramid. Do 15, 12, 9, and 6 reps going up in weight each set. I want perfect form on every set. 4 total work sets.

Still haven't had the big DOMS but I guess that will change after my little run here.

Back is a tad sore today though. Those one arm bb rows hit the lower lats quite nicely.
 
Tbh ever since I incorporated intra wo nutrition my soreness has almost gone away completely. I normally get VERY sore.
