very simple indeed..transition plan is what I use this for3x5 sounds like it would be very easy to follow, both from the reader and the user perspective. Interdasted to see what it produces.
Is there a cardio plan as well?
as for cardio, whatever level you want to do, nothing built-in with it
I will continue 3-4x weekly cardio sessions, and I like 30min LISS structure
