Im looking for a good cortisol supplement to run in between cycles of erase/daa/alphamine/forskolin. Any suggestions, as well as dosing suggestions?

lean xtreme on sale now to. or reduce xt. first thing in the morning, 4 hours later, before bed if you want a 3rd. dont take before workout though. you want some cortisol for your workout

Reduce XT will be your best bet for a reduction in cortisol.

ErgoBolic for adaptogenic cortisol control + sleep benefits.

Reduce XT or ErboBolic. Have tried both. Speaking of which its time to dose my Reduce XT!

I have not tried any, so all will be new for me. Seems reduce is a favorite here.

This will be run along with creatine and agmatine and/or ootassium nitrate for probably 8 weeks

Id grab that LX thats part of the Black Friday sale.

just a quick question.. next week is the last week of a stack i have been running, it looks like this:

weeks 1-10 forskolin
weeks 1-8 erase and alpha mine
weeks 1-6 daa

so next week is week 10.

is it ok to start the reduce xt the week after? (would be week 11) as the start of my 8 week run of reduce xt with creatine, agmatine, potassium nitrate, and zma.. or should i really take more time before starting anything. in my mind, it will already be 5 weeks since daa, 3 weeks since erase and alpha mine - so the only thing running into the next stack is forskolin.

It would work well as a 'bridge' or as an end to your stack; so that plan would be fine :D

One thing you may want to consider is that stims can raise cortisol levels so you may want to add the Reduce XT much earlier than week 11

Evomuse abliterate or the new evomuse ammo

I've used abliterate in my pct and I felt like a million dollars

Reduce XT and 11-KT spray to reduce cortisol production in tissues.

Lean Xtreme to block cortisol from binding to its receptor.

Abliderate Ammo to reduce systemic cortisol.

All are good options with different MOAs

And how did I know you would choose the one I can't actually get my hands on hahahah

What are good options to stack with a cortisol supp like reduce xt? Right now i am just going to be running it with agmatine, potassium nitrate, creatine and zma. Just to see how i respond to it.

I was thinking of running it again down the road as a bridge between ai and test supps. What compliments reduce xt well?

I have always had good luck with Lean FX! Coop what are your thoughts about this product? Im guessing you have looked into it

Looking to keep lean muscle while shedding a little body fat and harden up.

I also ordered lean xtreme but will save that for a few months.

What are the benefits of.glycophase and how do u dose it?
Hate to C&P the write up from our site but it gives a good explanation as to its effects. Invalid Link Removed

I dose before a high carb meal and then again at bed time

love glyco with a heavy meal

reuceXT have always been a go to supplement for cortisol control .. have done it in PCT and off cycle with great results.

Interesting. Good to know. Might try one day.

Not sure anything will ever take the place of my beloved Reduce XT.

It is one supp I can count on and have for many years now for results every time. I respond so well to it and with consistency.

For me - it's just like creatine. Not sexy - but it just plain works and you know exactly what it's going to do for you.

Top 3 supp of all time with regard to cutting, efficacy and consistency.

11-kt spray for sheer body composition

Would a cortisol supp like reduce xt compliment a test booster well? Or do the two not really have much synergy together.

If your goal is to bulk, then Reduce XT may not be for you as you will likely be in a more anabolic state. For that though, SNS DAA + X-gels and Anabeta Elite may be a better stack option for you.

In a cut is where Reduce XT shines imo. Stacks well with Alphamine or Alpha t2 and forskolin.

The anti-adipogenic qualities of reduce XT may best be seen on a bulk actually

Hey Coop, understanding that there are different MOA's for each of the products mentioned, what would you consider to be best application for each? Cutting, bulking, etc? I'd always been under the assumption that lowering cortisol was beneficial for cutting, leaning etc? Thanks.

True. But I wouldn't ever recommend RXT on a bulk. If cortisol reduction is the primary intent that is.

It depends on the MOA, See below of 11b-HSD1. Transdermal 7-keto is best for a cut due to its effects on liver enzymes (of the thermogenic variety)

Alright, but your recommendation is poor then. Cortisol stimulates lipolysis fat loss, and reduce xt inhibits cortisol production in 11b-HSD1 sensitive tissues like adipose, but not in muscle tissue. Cortisol also promotes adipogenesis. So an 11b-HSD1 inhibitor would be best taken when in a pro-adipogenic state, and it would be less effective or even counterintuititive in a deficit.

Well I didn't know about the muscle thing.

ive used reduce XT on all purposes with great results .. bulk with PCT Assist, ZMA, agmatine cycle was awesome

How's Phosphatidylserine?

Exceptional stuff. But for doses to show a dramatic physical impact, its just not cost effective. Although it does have some excellent cognitive benefits at an affordable dose.

I'm using Reduce XT currently, very pleased with it and the price is right!
