Chest and Shoulders
I have to say I was a little afraid of this workout before I started, haven't hit either of theses body parts in 2 months.. Started very slow and lite but at the end I had minimal discomfort and left the gym not in any pain!!

Now as for LGD I think it's starting already, again last night I slept like a rock and did not want to wake up.. This morning my entire body is sore in a good way, and I do feel fuller today than I have in a long time.. It could just be from me lifing 4 days this week but we will see.. Busy weekend coming up my oldest son turns 5 on Sunday so we are having a party for 20 of his friends on Saturday at a party place and the Family over on Sunday.. Friday and Sunday will be off days and if I can Saturday will be my 1 hour cardio session..
