caz and tygas ongoing log.. and w/e we decide to use.

I ran SD at 20mgs for about 2.5 weeks and started feeling like ass... I have some SD left but wasn't sure what to do with it. How are the results on a 10mg run of SD?

I've done the 10mgs at 6 weeks. I tightened up real nice eating moderate (200g) carbs. Lethargy wasn't too bad. Sides in General weren't terrible. I honestly enjoyed it. Strength wasn't as explosive but still there. Should be pretty decent if your back on TRT especially

Speaking of TRT, I need to make an appointment for later this week to do the blood work. Was waiting for liver values to fall from the long period of methyls and it has been a month they should be down now. I KNOW my test has not recovered yet because I stayed on SARMS and Stano just enough to keep me from recovering. Of course that made this month pretty miserable having no test...
 
So I've been using hemavol now for a little over three months, 1 scoop and it's been EXCELLENT. But, I picked up a bottle of pump x3 from LN, hope it can hold a candle to hemavol lol or I will be thoroughly upset :(

May need to add my own GMS to be fair and give it a running chance lol

Hemavol is good stuff. I feel it is too much of a luxury supplement to make a staple but when I have extra cash I always pick some up. Curious to try high
Volume as well. Let us know how you like the pump x3

I have seen numerous people gain upwards of 10 lbs running 10mg for 6 weeks and very few of them had any sides. Whenever I get around to running it that is how I am going to do it

Tyga, sounds like an interesting approach I always get better results on legs with a little higher reps. How many sets per body part are you looking at?

I ran it at 20mg as well but stacked with stano and it wasn't bad. One of my fav stacks. But I'm loving sd at 10mg with no sides at all.

Getting a very nice Recomp effect. Not much of mass as 20mg but very nice lean effect with good strength gains.

I recommend it for sure. Give it a go. It's not the same as 20mg

I'm back lifting again!!! My shoulder is basically pain free, thank you Osta RX this stuff has been amazing with helping my shoulder heal.. I will slowly ease into increasing my lifts to avoid injury again, also don't think I'll be attempting to set any PR's in the near future and my volume will be less than you guy's are use to seeing.. I got to do want I got to do to stay injury free.. :) The core work and increased cardio is still melting fat off my waist, I'm at the point that my work pants are way too big going to have to go shopping if I can keep this weight off..

The difference in size is not from a loss of muscle fiber, only muscle volume. Remember when you cut volume and concentrate on intensity / strength you are signaling for growth of the actual muscle fiber more than muscle volume. With volume training you increase the sarcoplasm in the cell, more mitochondria and more volume. However it is simply muscle volume not a difference in the muscle fiber itself. Of course that does grow as well with high volume, but what you are noticing is lower volume of sarcoplasm and not actual loss of any muscle fibers. I am sure they are still growing, this is why it is best to train both ways to get the most growth.

Yes, that is why things like Layne Nortons PHAT: Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training, or Broser's Rep Power Rep Range Shock system work so well. The heavy weights force the fiber to grow, and the volume based stuff increases cell volume, which increases mitochondria which feed the muscle and enables better growth and longer performance. Toggling them quite regularly you can improve both aspects in the same program as done with the two I mentioned.

thanks for both responses big dog. thats kinda the way i did a lot of training as a kid. one heavy upper day one high rep upper day and i didnt do much legs. still think thats when i grew the best.

wasnt 100% on the gw, didnt have time to look it up to remind me. thanks for confirmation on that.
 
That Sarm looks interesting. Gaining 3 lbs in 3 weeks without lifting is pretty impressive on that SARM, would be curious on how well it works with training. I guess you can let us know.

The Titans are actually the same design as the old Blue Rehbands everyone swears by. Actually from a few review they fall down less, and the stitching is a little better so you got the better deal!

As far as the new SARMS I bet you are feeling it already it doesn't have to convert and 3 lbs in 3 weeks no lifting it has to be pretty strong no reason you wouldn't feel the effects like you can first day on any strong oral steroid. Make no mistake most people don't realize most of the strong things they refer to as PH's are actually Designer Steroids that never made it to the market until the loophole to sell them as supplements HOORAY for loopholes!!!!

Started very slow and lite but at the end I had minimal discomfort and left the gym not in any pain!! :) Now as for LGD I think it's starting already, again last night I slept like a rock and did not want to wake up.. This morning my entire body is sore in a good way, and I do feel fuller today than I have in a long time.. It could just be from me lifing 4 days this week but we will see.. Busy weekend coming up my oldest son turns 5 on Sunday so we are having a party for 20 of his friends on Saturday at a party place and the Family over on Sunday.. Friday and Sunday will be off days and if I can Saturday will be my 1 hour cardio session..

Awesome on the shoulder holding up. Why do a 1 hour cardio session? Long sessions = catabolism. I wouldn't really go more than 30 minutes unless you are behind schedule for a deadline.

You know how some people are hard gainers? Well I'm a hard loser, I find that for me 25-30 minutes cardio will maintain weight and over that is when I start dropping lbs even on restricted calories. Not sure why maybe u can shine some light on it for me?

I'm sure Kleen can answer this much better than I, but generally speaking Maintenance calories for your expenditure = no weight change. So if you're doing 30 min cardio currently x times/wk coupled with however much you lift, & you need the 1hr sessions to lose any weight, then you're eating enough that it takes all of x lifting & 30min cardio sessions to hold your weight.

Basically what I'm saying is you're eating maintenance. Remember that hunger doesn't really imply whether or not you're getting enough/too much to eat for your weight. When you get the flu you have zero hunger but even if you got tons of fluids you're gonna be dropping lbs fast because you're not eating at all but your body still has to exist & is thus burning calories.

I'd eat less vs. over 30min cardio so I could keep my muscles fully intact. If you're having a problem with hunger on less cals adding in more veggies is an awesome way to combat this, and/or shift your macros. But lean greens are almost a free pass to chow down as much as you please. Nobody got fat on celery & bell peppers.

Hey homie, call me crazy, but you've been cutting for a year. Your metabolism may have slowed down a bit. Take a break for a month with the diet. Loosen up your cals. Cheat a little. It may help May not. Could always do a little cleanse over the weekend.

What about switching up the cardio? Throw in some hill sprints, stadiums, or Prowler work.

It would cut down the time, up the intensity, won't be catabolic, and will probably help to increase strength and gym performance. It also beats the hell out of a boring ass piece of cardio equipment in the gym and the switch up would probably work wonders for fat loss

Hey Catd!! I was doing the sprints and prowler pushes the last 2 months when I wasn't lifting and they did help a lot.. I think it they have jump started my weight lose again.. I'm just taking a break from them but they will be back very soon..

Your setup takes too long for my comfort - I take my breath at the top since the diaphragm isn't squished like when you're bent over, so I can take more air, then bend down, grab & go like hell- but there's nothing wrong with your form at all my man. You pick the weight up, backs not rounded noticeably, & you stand up straight with it. That's money!

First rep isn't locked out; 2nd rep is golden. Why's 450 significant to you, in particular? Isn't 405 next on the menu anyway? 4 plates/side is something a lot of guys haven't done.

Dude at my gyms going to buy me chipotle if I get 450 lol nothing significant but a free meal yah'mean? I'm sure I could grind out 405, hell when I competed @148 I pulled 425.
