What is going on with her neck?

Thanks guys! She has Klippel-Feil which is a condition with her vertebra is her neck and spine. Basically her neck didn't "form" properly so in the X-ray it looks like the vertebrae are a "puzzle" that's not put together properly. Also her ribs on the left side have areas where they fused together. It's an extremely rare condition on its on but then you add in another condition she has Dextrocardia (heart is on the right side) and she's a 1 in 2 billion girl lol
 
Made it home without a hitch. Decided I better get some type of training in to test my wrist and work off some of this driving all day food lol. Wrist felt perfect!!! Didn't have much time so I just threw everything together. As one big superset

Incline db bench to incline curls to seated db presses to seated db curls to standing db curls 10 reps of each=1 set. Ended up going light and doing 4 sets. The pump was awesome and I was done in no time.

6 days in to the 4-AD and feeling good. Still feeling a little lethargic but that seems to be improving. Libido is definitely up and noticing an increase in vascularity. Trained legs tonight. Gym was dead so I was instantly in a good mood once I got there!!

And I haven't been to be honest. Actually lucky if I'm drinking 3/4 of a gallon a day over the last couple of days. Seems like as soon as I do drink it I'm running to the bathroom. My body is pissed off at something lol

My training yesterday was moving my brother out of his third story apartment. Down the stairs, up the stairs, repeat X 50 lol I don't know how many trips but if I don't have to walk up stairs for a while I'll be a happy man :D

My blood pressure seems to be running high over the last couple of days. Haven't been able to check it but it definitely seems out of whack. Not sure which compound is causing it but I will be watching it carefully from here on.
 
Moving, real world weight lifting! It's amazing how twisting and contorting weight furniture in your hands targets those muscles.

Absolutely! I'm pretty sore today, not as bad as I thought I'd be but there is definitely some doms. Another thing to mention is he lives in a town that's a mile above sea level so my lungs got a good workout as well.

Was originally scheduled for kickboxing and back but ended up skipping back tonight. Pretty sore and tired after kickboxing. My cardio is definitely in need of some work. Got pretty winded tonight. Was doing quite well before but once the gas left the tank I just wasn't near where I need to be.
 
If you're on Epi, my cardio endurance dropped a lot on that stuff, & blood pressure got suprisingly high. Everyone responds differently to different compounds, but epi was much harsher in those regards vs the mbol I just ran (which is similar to Halo).

Thanks man! Stopped the Epi and have been taking 90mg ed of Tren. Do you think it could be that?
 
Ok well rather than lowering the dosage maybe I'll drop the Tvar for now or get to the dr and get some lisinopril lol

Thanks brother! Checked it today and it was 133/90 not outrageously high but high enough. Lowering my salt and caffeine intake as well as skipping the pre wo for awhile to see if this helps.

Got up this morning and did some fasted hiit. Jump rope, bag work and rope slams. Going to train bis and tris this afternoon.
 
Ditching the caffeine will def help avoid painful spikes. Mine on 28mg of Msten (Ultradrol), 6 tabs AMS 4AD & 8 caps Finaflex 1-Alpha was 155/60, vs 120/70 normally....felt like crap & got bp headaches way too often.

This was a very short period mind you, & there's no way I'd have continued that dosage if the cycle wasn't ending several days after I found out anyway.
