Caloric and Carb and Protein needs for bulking

Right now im 148 about and am currently getting
7,000 cal
250g of Protein
350g of carbs or about

what are some other peoples C/C/P intakes and minus shakes does anyone ahve a better way to get mass amounts of calories with out having to carry food with you all the time

Also this has been a big discussion im wondering what people also think if your bulking is it ok to eat DIRTY
 
250 + 350 = 600g
600*4 = 2400 kcal

7000 - 2400 = 4,600 kcal left for fat intake
4,600/9 = 511g of fat

Or 14% protein/ 20% carbs/ 66% fat

I think you might be off somewhere bud

50/50/16 x 6 - 7 times a day post lift meal is usually 50/70-80/0

no. if you want it, put in the work.

That is a round about estimate of what I take in on a daily I was more or less asking what other peoples thoughts were on eating dirty or clean during the bulk cycle to get the cal an carb intake needed
 
Clean and dirty are relaative terms and not definitive. Or in other words what food choices are clean vs what arw dirty solely exist within an individuals head. There are no universal clean or dirty foods which makes it hard to compare a clean vs dirty diet strategy.

Just goes to show how badly misinformed people really are about nutrition and how much they eat/need.

This kind of inaccuracy with calorie counting is common place across society as a whole.
