Arachidonic acid & Aspirin

Ive just begun researching Arachidonic Acid supplements. Ive read that Aspirin inhibits COX which converts Arachidonic acid. Is this good or bad? Bad right? So avoid Aspirin?

If you take aspirin for a headache once in a while it's not that bad. If you use aspirin daily however, it may have a slight effect.

Baby aspirin with ArA ftw

Baby aspirin deactivates COX-1 irreverisbly (on platelets) prior to entry in the liver. Systemic COX-2 deactivation via salicylate is next to nil at 81mg. Timing doesn't matter. It will enhance, not hinder, your ArA run by reducing TxA2 formation as a metabolite of ArA
