Can't take any credit for it, but I did take care to read it until I understood the methods so I wouldn't mess it up later if I try it.

Never tried it - didn't learn about it until I went to day shift, but you really need to be lifting & dosing first thing to help follow the natty cycle. Meaning only if I'm working nights or in school again or something with a lot of time, etc. But that's what I'm saving the little SD I have for.
 
Took two anabeta with a scoop of COR bcaas pre workout. Forgot how much of a tingle/warm/burning sensation I get from BA lol

Incline db- 12,12,10,8,6 last set was 75x6
Bench- 12,10,7,6 set of seven and six were 185
Decline bench- three sets of 10
Cable fly- three sets of ten

Plate loaded preacher curl- 12,10,8,8
High cable curl- 10,10,10
Hammer curl- 10,10,10

I think the addition of the Citmal gave an even better pump today. My chest felt like it was literally paper thin and full of blood.

I dropped my kcals to 3k a day now.. Started to accumulate some unwanted/ un-intended weight gain around my abdomen lol so decrease the cals and up my calorie expenditure... For the time being :)
 
One thing though, they found that DMZ or Dimethazine is not great for pulsing, you still get the gains but the halflife of DMZ is like 16 hours so there can still be androgens around in the evening when the body is deciding how much testosterone to produce.

Yes IronFlex SD was good. I ran it at 20 a day and was doing really well but it got a little toxic for me so I stopped and I am going to pulse the rest of it at some point.
 
Awesome to know, Kleen - this is why you research your compounds!!! I read the other day here too that M1T has a half-life of around 8hrs apparently? So that's still considerably longer than SD. SD is just perfect on a lot of levels for pulsing.

Sd is perfect in general if you can get the dose right so it's not too toxic.

My waist has thinned out from all the cardio and core work and to my surprise I lose ZERO lbs!!! I'm Still at 221 and I have to credit it to this MAN stack I have going... I'm very happy that I've been able to keep my gains without much lifting except for legs... I'm going to list what I've been taking and my workout from yesterday below, As you will see I can't believe I have lost ZERO lbs!!!

Yeah but even the 8 hours is good for pulsing in the AM. EPI also has an 8 hour if I remember correctly.

Looks like one hell of a cut stack. I have never used Fat Smack but I have used all of the others. I like Abliderate Advanced, but I often order 6 grams of Y-HCL from NP and put it in the bottle too. Of course if you do that then do not use it at night. F-Stanz would be great to further your HPTA recovery while keeping you dry and lower E means not holding on to as much fat also. Just depends on how much you got.

I might do Abliderate 2x daily morning, and evening, same with Forma Stanzol. Put Abliderate around your trunk and the F-Stanz on your traps & shoulders or inner thighs.
For me too much ephedrine can be a bit rough so I might do 1 ephedra 1st thing in the AM and then switch to Fat Smack for the next 1-2 doses.

bcazo: awesome to hear you're hanging onto your slabs of muscle, all while recovering & shedding some fat to boot! Doing it right! And that is a sweet stack from MAN indeed. I don't wear hats, but I'd probably wear that one, for real. Badass.
MrKleen73: Epi is actually even lower, like 4-6. It's one of the few compounds you wanna always spread through the day. And that fatloss stack with Caz's goods sounds LEGIT. I hate the way yohimbine makes me feel, but it does seem to work for me. I love your insight with stuff like that - it's one thing to have something, but it's another to know the best way to use it. Thanks for teaching a brother to fish. Just sayin'

That is one crazy ass stack. Fat smack is no joke. I took two caps of that one time and ended up making a 5 hour drive in under 4 hours.... then I ended up in a cold shower trying to calm myself down haha.

Today's an off day from the gym but the fun started with the new supplements. I've had zero appetite all day today.

8:00 24mg ephedrine

10:00 one fat smack

12:00 showered and applied 8 pumps forma to shoulders/traps and 2 quarter size of abliderate adv. to my core

I'll hit up another ephedrine at 1:00 and fat smack around 3:00. Shower before bed and re apply the transdermals..

I have a feeling I'm going to have to force myself to eat :)

The fat smack full dose is 4 pills a day and I'm only taking 2 per day. The nice thing about it is that fat smack has a time release formula. So it comes on slow and steady, no smack in the face and crash later like a lot of fat burners.. My appetite was completely gone and could have went all day without eating..

Glad your still here... :) my body is a strange creature, arms and legs hold zero fat everything is held in my core.. I want to see my bottom abs!! When I was 24 I had them for a short time but I had to workout twice a day to get them.. Now 14 years later and wiser I'm going for it again.

Ah makes sense man, well with that killer stack and your experience in diet/ training, I'm sure you should get there! My fat tends to hang in the loves and under the abdominal wall, kind of weird since you can see the outline of the abs but my waist gets bigger, but that's the type of thing the abliterate is supposed to attack.

I am the exact same way. My arms/chest/shoulders etc can be ripped even if I have a gut. However, it is damn hard for me to get a six pack.
 
Banged out solid chest session tonight. I've moved out of the pyramid sets I was doing, and transitioned back into heavy sets, longer rest and more volume. I've began to accumulate some fat, so I may incorporate some cardio as well.. Guess that's what happens when I consume 3-3200 kcals day in and day out lol

Flat bench- 4 sets, third set was 235x2 followed with a drop set of 135x12
Decline bench- single rest pause set (155x8+7+6)
Cable flys- 4 sets of twelve

Need to start posting my food again... Haven't done that in a while. So far haven't noticed much from the anabeta, maybe a slight increase in hunger.

When I was doing UD2.0 I would have this particular shake once or twice a day on the refeed weekends, except then it was skim instead of Almond milk.

The last month I added milk back into my diet, after not drinking it for a couple months to save a little on dinero but, the milk has mad my stool hard.. And uncomfortable. Removed it again and have been drinking almond milk lol

Raw milk is where its at. Tastes absolutely delicious and the enzymes do wonders for the digestion process. Just don't ever let it get warm and drink it. I had to learn that the hard way with an all day oil change.....

Just got a new lacrosse ball. Going to watch those videos Caz and cry like a girl doing some active release work
