Trying to lay out a plan for my return to the gym after triathlon season, any recommendations are appreciated.

Last race is Nov 10, so mid-Nov I will get back at it to regain some size lost with all the endurance training. Also, my goal is to be in the best shape possible in March . . . my 45th birthday ;) I'm gonna be one hot old guy!

Here's what I'm thinking: (these are approximate staggerings)

Nov-Dec TestoPro/HghPro/DAA
Jan-Feb Epi/Tren or SD/Tren
Feb-March PCT-clomid/DAA/Anabeta/Erase

yeah, just getting the timeline setup, just deciding between epi/tren or sd/tren. I've got 6-8 bottles of SD so I might just run that.

I would make an 8 week cycle out of it.
Tren 1-8
SD 1-4
EPI 5-8

I started at 230 because I was curious of what I used to be. That was my best shape, last year at 6%.

Definitely didn't last long.
You know. Alcohol. Bad diet. No sleep. Skipping leg day.

It was a hell of a spring season!

My delts and upper pectorals have filled out considerably since then at least.

I DO NOT do CROSSFIT!!!!

I bulk up during the winter, but summer/fall I am in triathlon training so I definitely lose some mass. My latest efforts with DAA, Anabeta have helped me maintain my size while weight training minimally, but I do not get that same pump feeling from working out.

I got confused between one sucky training method and another. ;)
