... and more hands-on. I loved doing labs because I was actually DOING something. Out of the 5 different things I went to school for (never actually got a degree in anything lol), massage therapy was my favorite. And I believe it played an integral part in getting my wife to marry me. :-)

What all did you go for? Labs are ok (chem major), but I always preferred the more...I don't know, theoretical type of stuff I guess that you learn in some classes. I did take one "lab" that was simply hands-on using a fancy computer program and that was pretty cool.

When I was in HS, I enrolled in college as an art major, but got picked up by a modeling agency in L.A. so college kinda got put on hold. After realizing I didn't want to be in L.A. I got with an agency in Chicago (closer to home) and enrolled at the Institute of Art for Computer Animation, then I went more technical with Computer Networking. A couple business majors and of course, massage therapy. This was over a span of about 10 years. You know, there may be something to be said about my attention span lol.

Haha always looking for material for the spank bank..... Wait what!! :D Lol I've had a few offers over the last couple years to do a photoshoot etc but I'm not sure that sort of thing is for me...

You'll have fun doing it. The photographer will direct you in what to do usually. Really you just have to stand there and look good... which I'm sure you've got down. :-)

Thank you very much! :-) That was just a photo shoot I did with a photographer in New York. I went out there to meet with an agent and they set me up with this guy to see how will I did. I ended up going to LA though because I wanted to get into film...as does everyone else who lives out there.
 
Okay so I'm way hungover today. My wife and I got a couple's massage, which is the best one I've ever gotten, and we had a blast hitting the dance floor last night. But I drank way too much alcohol. You know it's bad when you wake up and you're still drunk lol. But after a quick dip in the pool and a delicious breakfast, we got home and now get to spend a relaxing day with the family.

You know what that means right? Tomorrow is the big day #1! I was going to weigh myself and take measurements on Sundays but since I was at the hotel this morning I couldn't do that so I'll do it on Monday mornings. Oh and the mirror in the bathroom was awesome so I had to take a picture. I know I know, I'm such a picture whore lol.

Alright boys and girls...are you ready to get this show on the road? Let's do this!

Day 1

Today was a little different compared to what my Mondays will normally look like because of Labor day and me not having to be to work until 10am instead of 7:30. Plus I had my kids here which they would normally be with their mom. But I woke up today at 7am and had a carb/protien drink consisting of egg whites, powderized oats, blueberries and protein powder. I'm using liquid dbol and adex so I dropped 10mg and .25mg into the shake and drank it down (and 10mg again at 1pm). About an hour later I took 1 scoop of enhanced and hit the gym. I didn't pin because I wanted to make sure I had enough time to do it right. And since this is my first time, I didn't want to be rushed. So I waited until after work at about 4pm and went to it. Pulled the test with a 20g and switched to a 23g 1" to inject into my delt. Used an alcohol wipe to clean the area first, of course, and had washed my hands before handling anything. Needle went in, I aspirated, injected, needle came out, done. There's a slight achiness in the muscle (about 30 mins later) but definitely nothing I can't handle.

With my diet back in check, and focus turned on, I think we'll see big improvements from this week to next.

Day 2 - Off
Weight: 184.7

Tuesdays are my day off so I try to use this day to get things done. My dad and I have been finishing the basement so my two older girls will have their own bedrooms and to give them a nice living area where they can hang out with friends. Most of my day will consist of doing that.

I do have an interesting observation though. Yesterday I took the kids to the park and they always love it when I spin them on the merry-go-round because I can get it going pretty fast. Well this time I just felt stronger and had it going so fast my daughter was holding on for dear life as her whole body succumbed to inertia. I mean she was completely horizontal for one rotation until she got back around to where I was standing and I snatched her up before she flew off. They were all laughing hysterically and my son asked how I got it to go so fast, I just told him it must be my shoes. He's only 6 so the answer was good enough for him lol.

Dosed 10mg dbol and .25 adex this morning. On with the day.

At least you danced and got in some cardio. The last time I had any significant amount of alcohol I made s'mores with chocolate doughnut and peanut butter in them. Activity? Nah, I want chocolate!

The best part about that picture is that you posed your face perfectly.

Day 3

I'm gonna make this a quick update, just like my workout. Not sure why but I just didn't have it in me. I felt fine but the weights were heavy and I got winded easily. So I just hit each muscle group with light weight and called it a day. Next week will be better... just gotta keep telling myself that.
 
Sounds like you wore yourself out spinning that merry go round! I haven't even seen one of those things in years.

Ooh... ours does! It used to have a big barrel that you could get in and push like a hamster wheel back when I was a kid. Man, so many kids got hurt on that thing. But it was FUN!
 
The playground we take our son to has foam blocks covering the ground throughout the whole thing. Where the f were these when I was a kid?

Off day today. Dosed 10mg dbol and .25 adex this morning. For not having hit it very hard at the gym yesterday, my legs are sore as fock! Guess I actually did get something out of it. Funny thing too, I decided I wanted to bump dbol to 40mg/day because, well just because. So I took 20mg before my workout and 10mg at the following intervals. But for some strange reason I thought I had one more dose to take and ended up taking 50mg yesterday. Maybe I was thinking I only took 10mg in the morning, I don't know. Was just kinda on auto pilot. Anyway, I'll keep it at 40mg for now. Oh and I'm doing well on my diet. Working up to that 3500 calorie mark, I got in over 3000 yesterday. By next week I'll be hitting 3500 pretty easily I think. Pin number 2 will be tonight. Is it masochistic to enjoy sticking myself with a needle?

I remember the barrel from when I was a kid in grade school ---- and then when I was in high school because it was the perfect place to kinda hide with your girlfriend and...........ummmm..........make out. Yep! That's all we did! I swear!

I never got to experience one of those, but my elementary school playground was pretty cool. A pebble pit for the ground, plain metal things to climb on that were way more fun than the plastic towers that you always see today, swings, a merry-go-round, teeter totters, AND one of those metal bar dome things.

I recently went to a school playground at night to play on the slides and swings (srs) but was disappointed when I realized that playgrounds aren't what they used to be. I haven't seen a merry-go-round in probably 10 years now.
