Day 1
Today was a little different compared to what my Mondays will normally look like because of Labor day and me not having to be to work until 10am instead of 7:30. Plus I had my kids here which they would normally be with their mom. But I woke up today at 7am and had a carb/protien drink consisting of egg whites, powderized oats, blueberries and protein powder. I'm using liquid dbol and adex so I dropped 10mg and .25mg into the shake and drank it down (and 10mg again at 1pm). About an hour later I took 1 scoop of enhanced and hit the gym. I didn't pin because I wanted to make sure I had enough time to do it right. And since this is my first time, I didn't want to be rushed. So I waited until after work at about 4pm and went to it. Pulled the test with a 20g and switched to a 23g 1" to inject into my delt. Used an alcohol wipe to clean the area first, of course, and had washed my hands before handling anything. Needle went in, I aspirated, injected, needle came out, done. There's a slight achiness in the muscle (about 30 mins later) but definitely nothing I can't handle.

I still had chins, squats, and good mornings but I was SHOT! My chest and shoulders and arms were SWOLL! I think I'm still recovering from the weekend activities so this first week might be a time to get back to it. With my diet back in check, and focus turned on, I think we'll see big improvements from this week to next.
