Funny story guys!! halfhuman u many know the area this happened tonight

So my wife said to me after dinner lets take the kids to get ice cream. I found this old school ice cream pallor for those who know NJ in Teaneck on cedar lane.. So I say honey u sure u what to take the kids there?? I know the area and lets just say a lot of "want to be hoods" there.. We go, sit down to order ice cream Sundays and place only takes cash.. So I go a half block down to a ATM. On the way back alone, 3 tough guys yell at me I love juice heads!!! Dummy's are now stuck at a red light and your boy yells I love ********* talking ish from the car!! I now run over to the car and the big month in the front passage side turns white as I grab him through the open window and blast him twice in the face.. :) they took off as I laughed my aSs off.. My wife couldn't believe it as I sat down and enjoyed my sundae.. It felt soo good I haven't hit someone in 12 years..

These stories were epic gentlemen...that's prob not really the appropriate title for you guys right now, but you get me haha.

Last night after squat, rackpulls, & back I helped the gf move some boxes from here moms into her new place in stl, right by Forest Park. Got that stl-style thincrust from the original Imo's, right down the road. 2/3 of an XL pepperoni later....probably could have eaten the rest if she hadn't insisted on having dinner as well :006:
 
So Tyga, when you ran trip hiw did you run it. As an experiment or in pct. Did you run serms with it as well or no. From what I understand it does such a great job at initiating LH and FSH that running a serm in conjunction is overkill. You hit up the 100mcg on day one of pct along with an AI to prevent estro rebound. Then 5-7 days later you start normal pct protocol: clomid, nolva, exem, DAA. Did you run DAA along with trip or no. I'm thinking that would be overkill as well so I'm planning on the trip shot w/exem this week then sometime next week run regular pct...

I took the 100mcg day one of PCT, and used torem alongside @60mg for four weeks (nolva or torem should keep the influx of E down from the trip shot) and. Used a natty tbooster Alongside as well.

My balls swelled up in three days, but I stayed on everything for the four weeks
 
PCT Update:

I know I've been lazy with my updates sorry.. I did take a couple of days off and back at it the last 2 days, workouts are getting better but I'm still not there.. My body just feels over worked and I'm going to rest it so I can come back and lift heavy again.. After 5 days on Clomid I'm ditching it ,already feel it messing with my head, not crying like a baby but also not making me feel motivated either.. So I' ll stick with my Tamox which has always treated me well.. Muscles still feel full and pumped so I'm very happy even with the time off..
 
PCT Update:

That is probably a good decision. A few days off to revamp yourself won't kill you or ruin your pct or anything like that. Hell after several weeks of intense training your body probably needs it. That sucks about the Clomid. I have yet to run it but I have seen it turn the toughest guys into a lifetime mini series. At least the 5 days you were on probably helped kickstart things

OK I bet you guys have been wondering what happened to Caz??? Well I've been in the lab cooking up my next routine that's what!! Lol I'm 2 weeks off and everything is going really well. The last 8 weeks has me up 14lbs!! And as of today I'm still holding on to 11 lbs..all lean gains here..

So what's next?? I've been testing out new workout and after 3 different ones I found one that works for me.. I going to to a 6-12-25 workout which you can google if u what to check it out. It's basically like doing 3-5 sets of a 3 exercise circuit with reps of 6, 12 and 25. I've done 3 days so far and I'm so sore I can't move..

As far as supps go in 2 weeks I'm going to start this..

So what's next?? I've been testing out new workout and after 3 different ones I found one that works for me.. I going to to a 6-12-25 workout which you can google if u what to check it out. It's basically like doing 3-5 sets of a 3 exercise circuit with reps of 6, 12 and 25. I've done 3 days so far and I'm so sore I can't move..

As far as supps go in 2 weeks I'm going to start this..

Nice so you start with a heavier set then moderate and finally light? If starting heavy what is the warm up, just a general one or do you do a warmup set then the 6 reps?

You got it start heavy then go lighter.. I do some light warm up with bands for whatever part I'm working that day. Also each set of reps should be a weight that pushes that set till fail.. It's really feeling good..

Hit chest and biceps today

Band pull aparts, band external rotations, and scapula dips

Incline bench- 6 sets, 5th set was 200x5 with a drop set of 135x9
Flat db bench- 4 sets worked up to 80x6
Decline bench- 3 sets last set was 155x10

Bb curl- 10's for 12 reps
Pinwheel curl- last set was 40x8
High cable curl- 3 sets

My pct is going so smoothly as well. My boys are back to being full and swollen, and have plenty of hang time now lol I've lost 5lbs so far (better not lose any more!!!) so holding on to this 13lb gain lol

Yesterday's workout was arm day.. I'm loving this 6-12-25 routine, the splits are also different which is nice too. It's been a total shock to the body and its starting to respond.. Monday I'm adding DCP 2.0 to my current stack of d-pol and ergopure.

BB curls (4 sec count)

Saturday

Today was a cardio only day. Started the day washing my wife's truck which was so dirty it took me 2.5 hours!! It was so muggy here that I was sweating threw my cloths!! Shoulders got a good pump waxing the truck!! Lol then later that night hit the treadmill. Calories were below 2000 cals and I probably burned half if that.. Bye bye fat!!!

30 mins / speed walk / 2.0 miles / 400 cals burned

Tuesday

Quads and Hips

Oh man this was a hard one of me, this just completely smoked me. I had sweat pouring off me and even got gassed a couple of times.. This workout taught me that my hips are my issue when it comes to squatting. I know it may not look like a lot but those split squats killed me, I wanted to give up but I sucked it up and finished. Tonight is shoulders!!

I also wanted to comment on the MAN PF3 protein, it's been a week and 2 things have really stood out so far. I'm only using 1 serving for now post workout (stuff is expensive) and only using 1 scoop of my regular protein during the day. First NO GI bloat or gas which all protein gives me :) and second my recovery has been excellent. I'm very impressed with the recovery, with the new workout and time off My entire body should be sore but it's not.. Even after my leg workout today they hardly even feel like I worked them.. If this continues I'm sold lets see how this continues..

Shoulders / Traps

For the last 5 months my shoulder has been causing me all kinds of aches and pains. Last night it felt the best it has in a long time, I guess the much needed rest and stretching are paying off.. Just got my order from NP today so I'm going to give Max Pump a try tonight on arm day, this should be a good test.. Still enjoying the 6-12-25 routine and this Man PF3 protein is no joke in the recovery department still no DOMS !!!

Seated BB Military Press – 40X0 tempo / Rest 10 seconds

Seated Dumbbell Presses (elbows facing forward (supinated grip)) – 30X0 tempo, Rest 10 seconds

A3. 25 reps: Prone Dumbbell Lateral Raises on 45 Degree Incline Bench - 20X0 tempo

I did 4 sets of these and just smoked my shoulders with zero pain!!!! The important thing about this workout is using the correct weight and sticking to the temp. The last rep of each of these needs to push you to the point of failure.. I know I don't list it put every workout starts with 3 different ab exercises.. :)

Treadmill: 20 mins speed walk.
 
Okay so now I get the program better after seeing it laid out here. I was thinking you were doing 3 rounds of a circuit starting with 6 reps on the first set of each exercise then 12 reps on second rotation and 25 on the 3rd. Not that the first exercise got 6 the second exercise got 12 and the 3rd got 25. Now it makes so much more sense to me.

Glad to hear about your shoulder feeling better. Break it in softly so it stays that way.
