Yeah, I use about 1/4 cup per scoop. You could just start with a splash of almond milk, mix it up, and slowly add more until it makes a frosting consistency. I used a little too much with the 1/2 scoop of milk chocolate.
Definitely gonna give this a try in the morning with my post workout waffles
Let me know how it goes. If you like the protein, you should like the frosting. If it's just whey it'll probably mix thinner and you won't need as much liquid.
It will actualy be my last scoop of OEPprobably go pick some more up in the morning

Yup, it's amazing. I don't like many vanilla proteins, but absolutely love Vanilla Ice Cream OEProtein. I actually prefer it over Milk Chocolate.

Lol it kind of reminds me of vanilla frosting (probably why I first thought to make some). I can't recall seeing any feedback where someone didn't like it. Occasionally, I'll sprinkle a little cinnamon in my vanilla shakes/proatmeal, which is amazing as well.
As long as its better than the "cake batter" protein ive tried...that crap taste just like vanilla protein lol

Tried the frosting on my waffles this morning. It was good but I wouldn't recommend it over PB for apple cinnamon waffles lol
Haha glad you liked it Dan. I usually go with the frosting over PB or AB for my waffles. I like to use both in my proatmeal . Rolled oats in almond milk with Milk Chocolate OEProtein, 2 tbsp PB (or Vanilla Ice Cream with AB) and some fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas) is awesome.
Would probably be much better on waffles that arent apple cinnamon lol....I put protein in my oatmeal as well as long as its not in my carb up meal good stuff.

I'll be starting OxyElite Pro "Advanced Formula" and Forskolin-95 this afternoon. The combo (plus Lean Xtreme for the next 4+ weeks) will allow me to get a solid dose of forskolin throughout the rest of my prep. :thumbsup:

Pardon my ignorance Breezy, but what do you get from Forskolin-95.
I'm mainly using it to promote fat loss. There are additional benefits as well, some which are better seen with a "higher" dose (which I'll be using).
This is directly from the F-95 write-up:
"Forskolin is most well-known for its strong ability to raise cAMP, a key signaling molecule in hormone pathways. Forskolin is a known vasodilator, a thyrogenic, a testosterone and lean body mass promoting agent, as well as a weight loss supplement."
I'll be able to take advantage of its synergy with B-agonists as well.
