Been struggling the last day or 2. Just not alot of energy kinda run down feeling almost. I think the low carbs are starting to catch up to me. Thank god my carb up is tonight. Still managed to keep rest periods 30-40 secs. Except rack pulls I took 60 secs.

Aaaand to top things off my macros are straight fuked for the day. Went to start making my lunch and apparently we're out of everything and I dont have time to go to the grocery before work...FmL. At least I had a LB of deer burger thawed. In order to meet my cals and keep my carbs under 90 im pretty much gonna have to double my fats. All good healthy fats but still not a good thing for me. Basicly im eating Deer,Fish, Eggs, natty PB or almond butter for pro/fat today.

Thanks dude seriously means ALOT. Not gonna lie these last 4 months have been some of the most challenging times of my life, mentally and physically. But have also been some of the most rewarding. If I can inspire anyone to be healthier in general that's a win in My book. Thanks again brother

Thanks big guy! It really is pretty hard for me to see changes in myself most of the time. Like I know I look different but I dont feel like there's a HUGE difference until I look at older pics then im usually pretty happy with what ive done so far ...lol if that makes any sense?

Well lets see where to start...basiclly spent my whole weekend in the woods hanging tree stands and cutting lanes and all that good stuff which in turn caused me to go for 6-8 hours between eating which in turned caused me to pretty much binge eat all weekend. And drank zero water all weekend. MAYBE a 1/2 gallon all weekend. Breakfast was pretty much my only healthy meal each day. So long story short I went from a pretty lean 199.6 saturday morning to a fat and bloated as fuk 205.7 this morning. P1ssed because I realize I set my self back about a week. Obviously I should have been better prepared and brought food with me or had meals ready to eat when I got home so I wiuldbt have just ordered something because I didnt feel like cooking. Hit chest this morning and I could tell right off the bat I was off my game. Got some makin up to do now....

We pulled and set cameras too. We didn't have sh1t either. I thinknits the sudden change in heat. Its been so mild all summer then about 2 weeks ago it got hot and humid so I think the heats/change in weather has them not movin much.

I ain't worried. I know they're there. A monster I missed last year when he was a solid mid 150" buck showed up on one of the other guys cameras... He's 170" in velvet. Bad ass double split brow tines. Now that you mention it, the weather definitely has something to do with it.

Yeah they stopped showing up on our cameras once it got hot. Thats a monster your talking about though!

No big deal Dan!!! You'll be fine in a few days as long as you jump back on it. I myself enjoyed a big ass burger and French dip on sat, came damn close to still hitting macros tho (this is key). Guess what I'm up a measly lb or two and a touch watery BFD.

The importance of cheat meals and even cheat days have been stressed by many popular coaches for their clients in prep no less. You are not in prep so get back at er and don't think about it. It's done dude. You still look sexy at 204 or whatever you are lol
