When you hear a loud boom from a weight dropping. Look over and realize it is the guy curling the 70 pound preset bar. Not 70 pound dumbbells. Straight dropping the weight.
I called a dude out yesterday for nit putting his weights away. Needless to say he came right over an did it and kept complimenting my arms.
I put my weights away in the wrong spot and sometimes I leave my paper towels on the ground! Total douchette!

Whining fat bitches drive me crazy. Got this monstrous red headed beast at my gym who has a PT session MWF. And everytime she does anything she is pissing and moaning like she is going to die. It's like watching week 1 of The Biggest Loser, except she never gets any better. Everything is "too hard" and "too much work". On the flip side there is this other woman there with multiple sclerosis. She is about 45 years old and her trainer works the hell out of her and all she ever says is "that's not as bad as I thought it'd be" or "I think I could bump the weight up on that one"
She is my hero. She busts her ass every day in the gym, with a smile on her face, to try to slow the progress of her MS. Meanwhile the 350 lb ginger drama queen, that obvioulsy has stuffed her fat face with twinkies for the last 20 years watching Oprah, moans and groans through every freakin rep.
Alrighty folks, in all fairness and because I consider myself a man of honor, I need to rescind my DB call out on the fat red head and I will wear the douche bag dunce cap for pre-judging someone. Here it is 5 months later and this woman I bitched about has probably dropped at least 60 lbs. She goes through her PT sessions with hardly any whining anymore, plus she now does 30 minutes of cardio prior to AND after her PT session. No way in hell would I have ever thought she'd even make it one month, but I was way off base. There, I said it, I'm a douchebag.

Only thing I end up dropping from about shin level is my last set of deads. Everything else I try my best to lower with ease lolI do full reps with heavy weight and sometimes slam them. It's not a nursery. That said the guys trying to put on a show annoy me. Some stuff is just not getting set down gingerly, but when you slam everything it's crossing the line.

Im calling out my buddy as the dbag of the night. Hes so hellebent on running test (First time) because he thinks thats the only way to gain muscle mass. I show him natural bbers and he just claims they are all on the juice, even after 15+ years of training. Ah some people. He wonders why he cant grow naturally, he barley eats, and he wants to run test. OH lawwwd hopefully he smartens up and doesnt. Sucks seeing a friend go down the wrong path.
